INTRODUCTIONPersonal and professional development within an individual is vital as these will help anindividual to lead ahead in their career. Development of an individual is depended upon howwell he is in learning thing through theoretical or practical knowledge. The aim behind thesepersonal and professional development is to helps an individual in managing of their own skills,learning and growth throughout their career. As in the documentation of this reflective report themajor focus which have been given is own the determination of my own skills and career paththrough the implementation of the models such as Gibbs model or Kolb's model. Along with it,this study also covers the types of the jobs I am interested in and what measures I have taken toachieve my ambitions and goals which I have decided to achieve within my career. Apart fromthe reports will also focus on the gaps which have occurred while achieving the career ambition.This report will help me in identifying my skills where I am good at and what other opportunitiesare available in front of them so that I can succeed in my career.MAIN BODY A) Skills And Qualities Which I Have:To survive in this competitive era, one must foster skills which helps them in leading intheir career(Prosek and Hurt, 2014).
