INTRODUCTION
The concept of human resource management is referred to as a process of recruiting,
selecting, training and retaining highly skilled personnels within the organisation (Dotsenko and
et. al., 2020). The present report includes a self reflection upon the potential outcomes from the
report of human resource management as well as the contribution which we can bring out of the
project. The report also includes a methodology which is being used in the successful completion
of report.
MAIN BODY
Reflection and possible outcomes
Through this study I have utilized my current skills in respect to up-grade my existing
knowledge as well as skills. It is a highly good experienced for me doing this project as it helps
me in developing my potential & skills. I have learned that preparation of a report is not an easy
concept for everyone as I experienced numerous issues along with certain problems during report
preparation. It is extremely significant for every person that they must conduct some research in
their course as it assists in experiencing new challenges or hurdles that makes an individual
strong during the study. It supports in numerous things like I learned that preparation of a report
helps in enhancing services & treatments just not only for me but also in respect to my future
generations. It provides different situations within that I had to come up on several decision that
makes my own personality independent. With the assistance of developing communication with
different and large size of people it enhances my own understanding skills that helps me in
analysing the human behaviour. The moment I identified that understanding of employee's'
behaviour is very much necessary for Waitrose ltd if they wish to attain success & growth then I
analysed that the report just not only enhances my professional or formal skills but also
encourages my personal skills. This is important for any person that they must develops an
ability of effective understanding in them. This report provides me an idea that how could I
determine the employee's behaviour in an organisation. So because of this I felt extremely happy
when I knew that I got an opportunity of preparing a project on human resource management.
The report assists in developing fresh skills as well as enhancing the existing capabilities.
So in relation to this report, I evaluated that I have to understand the importance of human

resource management and its role in the successful running of business. Analysing the
significance of human resource management is important because in the current dynamic
environment there is a great force or impact upon the business form different perspective which
ultimately effects the performances and the productivity of organisational employees. And the
business success is highly dependent upon the performances of its employee's. It is highly
necessary for a student to critically analyse the concept and the topic upon which a project is
being allotted & the apply the same in organisational context. This is the major reason which
helps me to have a corrective understanding in relation of human resource management. It is
very much important for me that I am required to determine & analyse the pros as well as the
cons of each aspect related to human resource management and then consider any decision. The
human resource is a very much essential part of any organisation as no company can run its
operations without the hard work or contribution of its employees. The role of human resource
management and its importance helps Waitrose ltd in enhancing its performance and successful
achievement of organisational objectives. It was very difficult situation for me to collect the
information from Waitrose ltd in context to human resource management so that I tried my best
to convince the HR department of company to provide me the information which is essential for
the completion of report. There are numerous ethical and moral issues that occurs during this
preparation of project like confidentiality, consent and many others, But I didn't gave up on &
tried my best to convince them.
The possible outcome is that when sometimes I determined that HR people who are
agree in sharing their information, does not provides a complete or relevant information. These
things does not allows me to have proper analysis regarding the challenges that Waitrose ltd use
to face in its organisation due to the absence of human resource management department. Thus,
this reduces the project quality due to the existence of incomplete information. From the report I
learned to manage the available resources within the organisation for the smooth running of
business functions. It is fruitful for every individual that they must try to develop their
capabilities in that they can be able to attain their goals or objectives with minimal resources.
Also, due to the lack of human resource skills I find difficulty in understanding the practical
implication of the concept into company's workings. Prior understanding of the concept has
proved highly beneficial for me during the completion of the project within given time as this

consumes less time. But the most important thing that I felt is that it is difficult to prepare a good
report in absence of complete or proper data or information.
So the possible outcome is that this report helped me to develop my interpersonal skills
like listening skills, communication skill, analytical skills, understanding ability, and different
others. I further analysed that the above mentioned things are extremely necessary for me in
respect to my future development & my successful career. It is very much important for me that I
must consider essential corrective actions in respect to accomplish my report on time so that I
can enhance my time management skills properly. I evaluated that effective time management
plays a very important role in each aspect of life whether personal or professional as it helps in
successful completion of my report in given time period. I learned certain skills which helps me
to interact with various people who is carrying different mindsets so that I could understand them
properly. It is highly important for every individual that they must attain advantages from their
study because it assists in acquiring of several things that are already been discussed.
For the successful completion of report I used secondary research as well as primary. In
relation to secondary research, I considered previously published journals, articles and various
content that is available in books and online. In relation to the primary research I collected the
company's information which is being utilized for having a better understanding about the human
resource management. From the research I analysed that there are different challenges that a
company faces if there is not human resource in the organisation or if they are not properly
trained. I understood the significance of providing training and motivation to the employee's so
that they can work with greater zeal and productivity. In the changing environment it is very
much necessary to train and provide proper knowledge of different aspects of human resource
management as they are the one who actually performs the work. Human resource is an
inseparable part of an organisation that performs a very important role in providing best talented
employee's to the organisation. The success of any company or business is depended upon the
quality of employee's who works on actual grounds towards the achievement of objectives.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that human resource management is a very
important aspect of every organisation. This provides talented employees and trains them for the
