INTRODUCTION
Refection report refers to the description of experience and learning of a person through
a project, assignment or any such form of task. It is a literature that includes skill enhancement
and an overview of the importance of the project through which the student has gained practical
knowledge. It reflects on skills and learning of the student through the project that involves
various stepwise methods. Learning are followed by the challenges and difficulties that are faced
by the student. While carrying out various task for an assignment a person not only develops the
skills and information to deal with the external world but also learns about the personality that
includes the strength and weakness.
MAIN BODY
How academic skills develop throughout to fit in business context
The assignment allowed me to explore the world of business and look deeply with in
myself. The tasks and the structure of the assignments completely exposed me tot the external
environment. This exposure has helped me a lot to gain new skills and develop learning through
out the process. While working on the assignment I came to understanding of the business and
the functions involved in the business that make sure effectiveness with which the business
works. All this exposure of the practical world initially felt unrealistic to me because of the
degree with which it differs from the practical knowledge. The learning of the assignment is not
restricted to the project or till the completion of task but it continues to help the student in all
forms of life. Their are two major aspect in the life of every person which are professional and
personal aspect. The learnings gained while performing the task helps the student in both of the
major aspects of life as the assignment and the structures is made such the person is exposed to
both the personal and professional challenges. The assignment requires all the student to read
write and explore the various different sources of information that include secondary research
along with the analysis of secondary data that helps the student develop the professional skill of
converting the randomly available content into useful information and data that can be organised
an further analysed for using in the business project.
Adding to the tasks and activities of the assignment, there is a group n which the students
were asked to perform based on the common understanding and analysis of the business
situation. Also involved in the assignment is the presentation report in which each member of the
