INTRODUCTION
Reflective is described the person who thinks thing through light or sound such as
reflective letter on a stop sign. The report will include the key academic skills that reflect on
business context with the help of Kolb's learning experience theory. It will also include skills that
serve me as a future worker in the business environment
MAIN BODY
1.The key academic skills
The theory of Kolb's learning styles and experiential learning cycle:-
Kolb states that the learning involves acquisition of the concepts that individual can apply
flexibly in the number of situations. Kolb said knowledge is created by transformation of the
experience whereas learning is a process(Passarelli, 2016).
This theory is represented by 4 stage learning cycles in which I touch all the bases.
Concrete experience:- In this stage the new experience and situation is added and
interpreted the existing experience.
Reflective observation of the new experience:- The new experience reflects
inconsistencies between the understanding and experience.
Abstract conceptualization:- the reflection rises new ideas and modified the existing
concept of the abstract and I have learned from my learning experience.
Active experimentation:- In this stage, I apply my ideas in real life situations.
However, the effective learning only occurs when the learner can execute all the four stages of
model.
Reading skills:-
This skill helps me to identify and understand the way of speaking in fluency manner
with string of words. It is a process of comprehensive, engagement, word recognition and
fluency(Kitsis, Keller and McGinn, 2019). It helps me to make effective my reading skills. I am
used one method of reading that is SQ3R. It is a comprehensive reading method. The name of
this method is depended on its five steps. This steps are survey, question, read, recite and review.

future growth of the business(Votruba‐Drzal, Miller and Coley, 2016).

There are many sources available for my guidelines such as online new paper source, academic
publications, T.V., personal and company blogs, dictionaries and references etc. Mostly I prefer
references for my study because they include various literature review and current scenario of the
specific topic etc. that helps to enhance my knowledge in context of business arguments.
Group work:-
When I was participating in group project. I was learned so many things like the
opportunity to work with others, learn new things from others and also how to manage all the
work in a group that enhance my learning experience and one more important thing that I was
learnt is conflict resolution. In a group, the conflict was raised between two members of the
group. On that time I was learnt that how to deal with members and negotiation skills. This skill
help to resolve the conflict to the business context.
Presentation:-
It helps me to enhance that how to present themselves in front of audience. It includes
introduction, speech and lecture etc. I am also learnt that speech must be inspire, persuade,
inform and motivates to the audience and make able to present new ideas of own. It enhances my
self confidence as well as body language and far from my nervousness(Schenck and
Cruickshank, 2015).

Belbin's self-perception inventory :-
There are various team roles that is given by Belbin. He said each team need to follow
these nine roles in their team that makes effective team. All role have strength and weakness of
the team and each have equal importance(Negreiros and et.al.,2018).
Resource investigator: This role helps to find ideas and bring back to team. Strength is explore
opportunities, outgoing and develop contacts. Weakness is over optimistic and can be disappoint
and lose their interest.
Team-worker:- It helps to team to identify the work and complete it on behalf of team. Strength
is cooperative and diplomatic. Weakness is tended to be avoid confrontation.
Co-ordinate :- they need to focus on team's objective. Strength is mature and clarifies goals.
Weakness is can be manipulate other team member.
Plant:- It is good at problem solving. Strength is creative and free-thinking. Weakness is ignore
incidentals and preoccupied in communication.
Monitor evaluator:- It provides logical eye and making imperial judgement. Strength is sober
and discerning. Weakness is lack in inspiring others.
Specialist:- It brings in-depth knowledge in their core area. Strength is single minded and self
starting. Weakness is narrow front and tent to contribute.
Shaper:- It provides the direction to the team that it moves on right direction. Strength is
challenging and dynamic. Weakness is reacted inappropriate manner with the team members.
Implementer:- It plans on workable strategy and carry out as possible. Strength is practical and
organize the work. Weakness is the implementer can be bit the inflexibility and slow their
respond toward new possibilities in the team.
Completer finisher:- It works on the end of the task and give finishing touch to the work. The
strength is painstaking and searcher the errors effectively. Weakness is reluctant to delegate.
I play the role of team-worker and help to the team to identify the work of team members
and complete it on behalf of other that develop my learning experience for the future when I will
be work in a company as a worker(The Nine Belbin Team Roles,2019). It also helps to fight with
pressure of work management and also learn how to control external environment impacts to the
