Time Management
Meaning Of Time Management
It' is rightly justified that “Time and Tide look ahead to none”. Moreover, a man or woman
should value the time to reach all factors of lifestyles and the individuals who waste time will
disappoint to create an identification in their very own way (Kirillov, and et.al., 2015).
However,Time management means handling time successfully so that the right time is
invested to the right interest. Further,time manage is basically the functionality to put together
and plan the time invested various tasks. Thus,the end result of proper time management will
lead to extended effectively and productiveness. However, it's far a key component of task
management and includes abilities together with preparation, putting goals and prioritizing for a
effective performance.
Importance of time management
Time management is important for me as it facilitate to make aware alternatives through which I
can spend extra time for doing activities which are essential for me.
However, through time management I will learn to locate the time for the activities which
are important for my day to day life. Thus, a proper management of time once in an entire day, or
once in entire week, will help me to accomplish my desires (Carnevale. 2019).
Pickle jar theory of time management
The Pickle Jar concept helps to analyze what is beneficial and what isn't beneficial. It
assist me to decide the priorities for everyday activities and plan obligations so that I will be
having time to invest.
According to this theory, to get an idea of the way I typically perform my obligations, the
pickle jar is first full of sand which are the insignificant activities that distract me in my day to
day tasks. At the second stage the pebbles are placed on pinnacle of the sand means activities
that I want to finish, however can also be achieved on some other day or at yet again or via a
person else. At last, it’s the rocks which turns means the most vital obligations I have do on a
particular day.
