INTRODUCTIONIntercultural communication are defined as the skills which should be inbuilt in a personso they can communicate and share all the vital and valuable information with other groupmembers who are having different cultures and social backgrounds. The most important elementof intercultural communications is understanding facts which are related with various culturesthus their customs, moral duties and values are also different (Ruck and Welch, 2012).Organisational communications are defines as the process which are related with activities ofsociety so they can easily achieve all their assigned goals and targets. It is also called as subfieldof communications which are general and it is an effective component of working environment.The undermentioned report is based on reflective journal about Intercultural and Organisationalcommunications which are based on experiences and events and the information gained fromthese are useful for people of society or not.TASKIntercultural Communication It reflected as a process which is used in order to making strong communications amongmembers of group who belong to different culture and how this cultural factors are greatlyaffecting communication process. It main aim is to describe problem factor which are faced bydifferent culture people in relation with their religious, social and education level. Interculturalcommunication plans are also used with various cross culture plans. It states how people whobelongs to different groups and nations are able to communicate with others while they aremoving from one place and how the overall world reflects to them. Many individuals who areinvolved in intercultural communication are giving their views that culture is base in order toknow what the person want to speak to them, how I can talk to people while I have to visit todifferent locations and analyse what medium are used by which people are communicating withone another. I made my understanding strong about this topic by analysing those situations wherepeople of different cultures are making interactions while communicating with each other. Onthe other hand, apart from language difference, intercultural plans are also focusing on patternsand social attributes as well as cultures which are followed by people all around the globe. I haveanalysed that intercultural communications are also reflecting their presence in social science1
