2WORKING ACROSS CULTUREIntroduction The Culture is an integral part of the human society which consists of the language andother Lifestyle habits of the society. People within the same culture their areas related to customsand social behavior. The domain of the culture emphasizes on the social profile that is aimed toimprove the level of intellectual attitude among the people of the community. The aim of this assignment is to provide a reflective journal on the experience and knowledgethat I have gained from my Education degree course. The various relevant factors related toCulture and communication is highlighted within this assignment. The reflection will be madefrom various peer-reviewed articles, which was a part of my assignment. In the current era of globalization, it is essential to maintain cultural diversity in order towork across various communities. The reflective journal will highlight upon the various aspectsof cross cultural communication, which is essential in order to deal with global business acrossvarious nations. I belong from the Sydney region of Australia and have been able to learn most of thelanguages related to the aboriginal communities in the nation. During the time of my visit in theAsian region, I have been able to learn the language of Hindi and Chinese, which has helped me,enhance my understanding related to cultural diversity and language. The interculturalexperience that I have in the Asian countries, enhanced my level of awareness related to culturaldiversity. I have been able to distinguish the difference between the cultural aspects of Australianand Asian countries. In future, I would like to visit the Nations from the Europe and Americanregion in order to beta enhance my understanding related to cultural diversity. This will help me

The interculturalexperience that I have gained over this period of time will help me to understand the importanceof cultural knowledge that is needed in order to enhance the understandings of globalization. Understanding the importance of definition of cultureCrawford et al., (2017), have defined culture as the element which is required to unite agroup of people having common lifestyle and practices. The complexity of diversity in thecurrent day makes it essential for people to understand the importance of cultural diversity andproperly define the same in order to deal with the effect of globalization. There are variouscomponents of cultural diversity which includes Geographic and demographic elements. I thinkit is important to understand the Geographic and demographic perspective of a society in order tobetter understand the importance of their culture. According to the paper of Puente (2014), it is essential to ensure cultural representativesacross different communities, who will be in charge of defining the concepts related to each andevery culture within the globe. I think it is effective to differentiate the culture across various layouts, which will behelpful for the cultural experts to understand the importance of each and every community withinthe globe. This is also essential in order to understand the exact value and importance of eachcultural perspective. The politics of a region also has a major influence in order to define the culturalelements. It can be said in the context that, the instability of a nation has special effect on thecultural changes that are implemented by the society.
