My learning style is…
I have a social-interpersonal way of learning. I feel that I have good social awareness and a good way
interacting with the people around be it a team member, a colleague or a complete stranger. This
learning style is generally out getting along well with people, respective their feelings and a common
progress through mutual understanding and experiences.
My Belbin team role is…
My Belbin team role is being the driver. I feel that I will always be working in a place which makes
me grow. With this ever growing vision I will always be having a all the positive points of that
working place and tasks that are being given. Hence helping others feel the same is one of the task
that I would work hard for. Through this I could help share the same vision that I have regarding the
workplace
My conflict style is…
My conflict style is accommodating of solving the conflict. In my vision first of all there must never
be a conflict because each and every member works for the betterment of the company or
organisation. Hence I try to solve the conflict by understanding the perspective of another person.
Because I believe everyone has a point it is best to understand the perception of one's own team
My leadership style is…
My leadership style is coaching style. I consider myself as a person who is good in communication
and hence even good in establishing a sense of understanding. I believe leaders are the most
important part of the team as they set the pace for the whole team. Coaching style helps keep a
smooth working environment.
My DISC management style is…
In support of this style I have induce quick change and modification and it consist of dominance,
influence, steadiness and compliance under which overall behaviour of mine is advanced in better
mode. For this I have developed myself in better way and through this cautious change is induced
and along with this supportive changes are induced in favourable manner. In this I have felt some
difficulties as well and it is also affect decision making abilities of mine as well.
My Myers Briggs style is…
It indicates better personality change and modification and with this sustained level of development
is induced under which I have developed myself as a well personality and for this optimised career
choice is developed, better pathway to attain long term success and growth also get measured in
timely frame. For instance, the ability of thinking and sensing advance the level of idea generation in
better mode.
My enneagram style is…

It basically used to determine better personality and for this I have test myself with honesty and also
aid to develop better courage in terms of compensate but I have also that fear to be there in
beneath of surface. In this consistent level of changes and modification is induced through which
self-image also advanced in desirable manner.
My EQ is…
In support of emotional intelligence test ability of mine to induce better success with clear equation
about a range of abilities and individual gain better insight about higher success and wider growth in
future period of time.

Learning style Results
It has been resulted from the learning style that I have better strength such as learning capability
and decision making with this ability of mine to gain better learning is improvised for better
accessibility. I have taken various test under which level of intelligence and working style both get
advance as by covering sustained knowledge and learning in appropriate manner. In this I have also
gain better option to know more about learning capability and through this sustainability is attained
with adequateness.
