My learning style is Logical.
This means that, I prefer learning of subject matters through acknowledging real logic, reasoning
and systems behind it. According to me, if an individual is being provided with specific logic and
reasoning, it will give clear understanding of the subject matter and it will be easier to remember

This means that, the innovator is often the creative generator of a team. An individual playing a role

This means that, an individual with this style is more likely consist of strong personality trait and

This means that, various plans and policies are been defined clearly by leaders of the firm and is
followed up of respective employees of the company. This leadership style includes participative
decision making of leader, regular general meetings of the company is been conducted for
discussing and analysing effectiveness of policies being implement in an organisation.
