development?
Importance of reflective learning
Reflection is one of the integral parts of learning process that make individual to reflect on their
work and makes corrections in their own mistakes. However, activities and behaviour allowed
people to be successful It is important as it lead to own evaluation that simply describe what
happened in the classroom and what possible learning could be developed while learning.
Another importance is concerned with having better planning process with learning from the
mistakes and also reflecting upon what education is being provided in the classroom. It is the
kind of ongoing process that has helped me to be confident, responsible, reflective, and
innovative and getting engaged (Beech et.al. 2017). Reflection has helped to frame and reframe
problems and drive out actions to learn from the current process.

Professional development is concerned with achieving experiences in life that is concerned with
achieving the several professional goals. Improving with the reflection in daily processes helps to
build different abilities and skills that add to build professional experience. With the reflection, I
have developed skills such as time management that will help to complete duration within short
period of time (Schön, 2017). I have developed strength in some of the areas as compared to the
other that includes development of assessment skills, ability to be competitive, and gaining basic
understanding of the key skills. Learning from the reflection is definitely the room for
improvement that develops confidence and abilities to improve my management experiences.

my education that states that 80% of the human cognition comes from our own learning and
experiences. Thus it has helped me to develop different communicable experiences and
increasing the remembrances of the new information. This cycle suggest individual to follow
certain steps for having effective learning. It is mainly used for meeting with the specific
experiences and also observation, thinking and reflecting from the experience. However, it has
helped me to create the abstract, concepts and ideas for improving my professional learning
(Barker et.al. 2016). It also suggests performing regular experimentations that is based on the
experience with having the test that what is being learnt from the experiences and lessons in
classroom.
This model is being chosen as it argues that life is full of experiences and we learn from the life
on everyday basis. I have occurred with different responsibilities and with this it is necessary to
learn and get prepared towards achieving personal and professional goals. For this, reflection is
one of the important parts where I was able to experience that it is necessary to review ourselves
on the basis of day or on weekly basis. This includes preparing the weekly reflective journals
that tells about developed experiences and learning that is performed from each and every
activity.

formed with the teachers and also with the colleagues. Self learning will help to regular assess
my strength and weakness that would be effective for practicing my professional goals (Peterson

find gap and necessary actions could be taken to improve in the near future. Performance could
be improved with having critical thinking with the critical implementation of peer learning
activities that are used to facilitate the critical thinking and learning of individual. I will also take

for application of practices that helps to improve in the actual learning program. I need to learn
about the action research in the classroom by thinking, creating and growing with the learning
