individual. Here, an individual share their experiences and what they learned and did not learned
from the situations faced by them. Personal SWOT analysis is one of the best example of
reflective learning in which individuals share their strengths and weaknesses (Biagianti, Quraishi
and Schlosser, 2018). The following file covers impacts of covid 19 pandemic on hospitality
industry, use of formative feedback to inform and improve summative assessed work, culture
and behaviour expectations is studying for a degree in business and management and in the end
this report covers the importance of peer-to-peer support and team working to enhance learning
experience.

Hospitality industry is one of the most fastest growing industry in world There is a great
impact of covid pandemic on hospitality industry. Due to the pandemic most of the businesses in
this industry get negative impact and due to facing losses many enterprisers shut down their
businesses and exit the market (Chen and et. al., 2020). Those who remain in the business fired
out many employees due to reduction in their revenue generating rate. Due to this hazardous
disease every nation restricted the entry for non residential in their country, they cancel all flights
and other transportation services. Due to which no traveller is allowed to travel from one place to
another. Hence, the booking which is done already in hotels get cancelled. In context to food and
beverages sector then very few people prefer to go out and eat outside their home during this
pandemic. The most important requirement during covid is that people are supposed to develop
their immune system and for developing their immune system, they prefer to eat healthy foods
and beverages which help them to stay fit for longer period of time and fight against this disease.
Therefore, due to this reason business of restaurants and hotels have to face lack of customers
trust, lack of revenue, lack of brand image and many other things. Hence, some small and
medium entrepreneurs have to left the industry (da Silva, Schutte and Surujlal, 2021).

prepare them self for year end exams. For example teacher will correct students in their weekly
tests (Formative feedback) and provide marks every weak which help students to focus on those
subjects in which they are getting less marks then other subjects (Peters, Körndle and Narciss,
2018). In the end when final year exams (Summative assessment) will conduct then students will
score good marks just because before this exam they get to know that what are their weak
subjects and how they can manage to score high in these subjects. Hence, this is how formative
feedbacks help to improve the summative assessment of an individual.

It is expected from a student that they will have some different kind of behaviour in case they are
studying business and management and these are explained below-
It is expected from an management student that they will follow a culture of professional
dressing sense within schools and colleges because when they will enter their
professional life then they have to wear a proper professionalism dress code. Hence, it is
good that they will get this habit from early age (Saliu-Abdulahi, Hellekjær and
Hertzberg, 2017).
It is also expected that management students will develop team working behaviour to
manage a whole team. It is essential for a business and management student to gain team
work skill in their behaviour because this will help them to become better employee or
employer in their life.
It is also expected from a business and management students that they will have problem
solving behaviour to solve their own issues as well as issues of other students in a
effective manner that the problem will not raise again in future. This is one of the most
