INTRODUCTION Orientation is a way by which students get to know about the university and the students with which they will be studying(Wise and et. al., 2018). Reflective learning is a process by which students have to make the reflection on themselves regarding the things which needs to be developed in them and the other things which are important to be developed for their career. Reflective learning is always considered to be beneficial and useful because it helps the students to learn and gain knowledge on those things in which they are weak. It requires critical evaluation of the things so that the student can make their performance better and this is not compulsory for their studies but also for other activities. The formative and the summative assessment of the students is a way by which the teacher can make the evaluation on the students regarding the learning and knowledge which they are gaining. Formative assessment are just for identifying that whether the student is increasing its knowledge or not and it is just measured with the help of giving low graded opportunities(ShabaniNejad,ForoghNematollahiand Mohamdrezaei, 2019). Summative assessment is for the overall measurement of the student which is taken in the end of the semester. This report will cover reflective approach to learning, use of formative feedback, cultural and behavioural expectations and the importance of peer- to- peer support and team working. MAIN BODY Impact of covid 19 pandemic upon hospitality industry There is a great impact of Covid 19 pandemic upon hospitality industry. Due to lockdown and government restrictions for the entrance of other country people has declined hospitality Business and due to this many entrepreneurs disinvest their business from the industry. Most of the employees are fired out and employment rate decreases due to exiting of many hotels and restaurantsfromthemarket.Theimpactsofthispandemicarebaduponsupplychain management and revenue earned by hotels and restaurants. Customers prefer their safety first then any weekend enjoyment. Hence, they cancelled all their plans for going out. Secondly, after this pandemic most of the customers prefer to have home made eatable items for maintaining their immune system strong to defeat the disease. This impacts worst upon food and beverages
sector. Their customers are loosing day by day. It’s a huge pressure upon owner of restaurants and hotel to handle their business without earning incomes. Hence, they have no other options to exit the market. Most of the business which exits the hospitality industry is related to food and beverages sector. On the other hand Special Interest Tourism (SIT) which is a new and trendy sector added in hospitality industry. Here, hotels and restaurants invite few targeted customers only who have interest in specific areas or fields like for gaining knowledge on historical places, international games tournaments and many others. These type of businesses also impacted due to covid pandemic. One of the biggest sports tournament Olympics get cancelled and due to cancellation of such events many hotels and restaurants who has spend money for inviting different players from different countries go through big losses.Their sponsorship and a good opportunity to attract more international customers by their services also losses. Therefore, it is clear that covid pandemic has a huge negative impact upon hospitality industry. Use of formative feedback to improve summative work-ready Formative feedback is that feedback or evaluation which is given to students during the assessment which the tutor provides to students by focusing on the things which the student needs to develop and inculcate in them. It is important for the teachers also to determine those factors which is unclear in students and they require some instructions(O’Dwyer and Gilmore, 2019). On the other hand, summative assessment is done after the formative assessment has been made on the student. The summative assessment is made after the semester or the exams which provides the knowledge as to how much the student have learned(Calic and Shevchenko, 2020). The importance of formative feedback have been explained below- Provides the opportunity to improve-It helps in making the identification of the factors in which the student needs to make improvement and the things which are learned by the student very well. Gives students confidence-It develops a self confidence in the minds of students regarding the learning and knowledge which they have developed. So that they can be sure before giving the summative feedback in the class after the semester is over(Spencer and et. al., 2018).

Useful for teachers-The formative feedback is the best way by which the teachers can me the evaluation on the key points in which the students needs improvement so can teach the students that point. Cultural and behavioural expectations by studying the degree business and management There are some expectations which is expected from the students by taking the degree of management and business which have been explained below- Behavioural expectations- Confidence-By taking the degree in business and management the individual is expected to have the confidence as it is useful in the further growth and development of the individual. Person who is more confident is the one which is likely to succeed in either the job or in the business(Frolova and Mahmood, 2019). Confidence in students is developed when they give the presentations in front of the class which is likely to develop such things in students also. Team work-Team work is also the another skill which is developed in the students by taking he degree in business and management. It is because the students need to do the projects and assignment in combine in which it is important for them to work in coordination and this skill is then useful to be in the jobs or in the business which the individual needs top do in the future(Adachi, Tai and Dawson, 2018). Problem solving-This is not just developed by having the degree in business and management but also while taking or studying from some other course. This is expected from the individual in the workplace also(Bowman, and et. al.,2019). Importance of peer-to-peer support and team work Team work is sometimes called as skill but the benefit of team work is not just in the workplace but also while the individual is learning and studying. Team work and peer-to-peer support are somewhat similar in their meaning as team work includes to work in cooperation and coordination with the other people who are also doing the similar work(Gelaidan, Al-Swidi and Mabkhot,2018). Teamwork is helpful in the group or either doing some collective work in which the individual is working with many people. Team work is the way by which people with new and innovative ideas come and share with the other team work which is useful in increasing the knowledge. On the other hand, peer-to-peer support is to help the other member which is working in a team and this is also the important way to show to other person. Peer support can be
required either in the workplace or may be in the schools and this support is required only when some other person wants to take help and in which they are facing some difficulty and this leads to share their experience with one another(Brooms, 2018). CONCLUSION From the above report it can be concluded that reflective learning it can be concluded that reflective learning is important for students as it helps in making evaluation by the students which makes them realise about the weak points in them. The importance of studying business and management helps the individual to learn about the cultural and behavioural aspects which is useful in career growth and development. With the learning of management and business degree it is also important to learn certain skills which is to work in team and develop the coordination with other team members also.
