What is the core skill to develop?
I need to develop my written communication skill in me. Written communication is helpful for
me in making written coordination among another. I had the capability to communicate with
others verbally properly but then also I want to improve my written communication skills.
Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on? (use relevant
theories and concepts to support your answer)
Written communication is very important for clearly expressing and conveying message to
anyone. If wrong words is used it may create conflicts and issue, so actual message can get
distracted. Teresa and Gaby communication theory state that sender can easily send message
with the help of appropriate medium and receiver can receives message. Further individual
become sender when the feedback is sent by the receiver. This can be very essential because
by this I could easily convey the message properly to anyone without any confusion. This will
be helpful in raising my confidence (Tattum and Tattum, 2017).

With the review of my strength and weakness I had identified that my current competencies. I
can coordinate with other orally effectively. It is very important for my career growth that I am
more focused. I work on improving my skills daily for the development of my personal and
professional career. But before this I could not be bale to coordinate with any other. I lost my
confidence.
Toolkit: Competence libraries is helpful for me in minimising my lack points. It is helpful for
me in motivating.
Peer feedbacks: Feedbacks from my peers is very helpful for me in improving my skills and
awareing about the strength and weaknesses.
Tutors feedbacks: I also focus on feedback by my tutors so that I could know my strength and

weaknesses. And could gain huge confidence by developing them in me (Cunliffe, and

Toolkit have been used by me for improving. It is nit contradictory I had also realised that I am
under the lack of confidence. I couldn't coordinate with my co-workers and couldn't work and
perform the task well. Review from my tutor and peer are same what I have analysed for my
self. I need to gain more confidence in me so that I could perform the task well and can male
written interaction coordination easily. I couldn't have complete knowledge of the subject so I
lack at my confidence.
How might this skill help me in the future? (use references to support your argument)
Written interaction skills and confidence will be helpful for me in gaining the career
development opportunity. As I want hike in my career and want to pursue on the post of
manager. For becoming a manager I need good communication skills and confidence in me.
By this I could manage employees effectively. I could also get opportunities for promotion
(Chalmers and Gardiner, 2015).

Team working skill are been considered as the important aspects for the development of an
individuals' personality for the overall, development which add effectiveness and efficiency in
company. In development of team development skill there is superstition of all the skill such
as the communication along with organization and planning skill. I am trying to have the
development of such skill which well add more valuer to my development of personality and
helps me in identifying the voracious opportunity in the comparative market. This will also
have the advantage to make development in adding more level of competitive advantage
against the competitors.

There is the major consideration as the importance in order to have the proper development of
the skill such as team working which is having the majorly consideration in making
development of environment which is majorly promoting the environmental is the friendship
and loyalty. I have chosen the teams working skill to have reflection on as this helps in
developing the skill in overall basis which in majorly consisting of better communication skill,
organization and planning skill and interpersonal and negotiation skill. This is having the
packet of overall development f skill be efficient and effective skill development (Bolden,
2016).

At the current level in development of the team working skill, I have more proper developed
the communication's skill along with negotiation skill which is making the personality more
developed as compare to other. But I have deep desire in order to have development of
organizing and planning skill which will helps me in making performer and effective
strategies in developing the various aspects of business. With this I will be able to make the
better performance and be able to nagging the competitive advantage from my competitors
which is making the personality more level of developed in marketplace (Lindon and Trodd,
2016).

No there is no contradiction which I could analyse. Same views are being carried by all peers,
tutors, my friends and me that I need to develop the relationship with my co-workers and
other. I don't consider the review which I got from which somehow bounds me to perform in
the team and work with team members. I need to work on term development and work
efficiently. And suggestion from them could be taken seriously by me so that they can

For becoming successful manager, I need to develop team working skills. This will be helpful
for me in developing the healthy relationship and boding with my group members. I could
gain innovative idea from that so that my work efficiency can also be raised. Then further I

helpful in bringing the effectiveness inn work. The effective management will be helpful for

handle the task and focus on improving my work efficiency. With the help of time
management skills I could reduce my stress and work pressure (Fook, 2017).

Peer feedbacks: As I had developed my time management skills my peers told that I could
manage the task on time. They had also told me that my work quality has also been enhanced.
Tutor feedbacks: My tutor told me that I could complete the task in more efficient manner. It
allowed me to have more free time to be innovative and think extraordinary (Karakas,
Manisaligil and Sarigollu, 2015).
