INTRODUCTION
The reflective practice models are those that will bring about the entire entity of any phenomena
where an approach will be derived. The necessary in order to depict the choices of an individual
and how far they are being able to inculcate the policy and approach towards the issues of the

well as the processes of teaching. In other words this is an important step to depict the

connected with the right amount of knowledge that is being inculcated. This will be portrayed

I personally reflect upon the choice of time management and one of the important formulation.
Time management according to me is the choice that will have to be adopted in order to manage

time management to be one of the important criteria where project management is dealt with. I
was involved into dealing with the project and interest I have learnt and applied gives reflection

situations were up to the mark and I have learnt the process of managing carefully every minute
that is stipulated (Tripathi and et.al, 2020). I have learnt that on prioritising time management to
be one of those techniques will involve a consistency in deriving the factors that are a part of
management. There will be greater productivity and also the efficiency will be increase based on
the kind of management of time that we usually incorporate. I have set the goals correctly and
was able to persuade them and prioritising the task according to the time made me analyse the
importance of time management in completing my task. This brought about the completion of
project and with the desired result.
Academic writing
Academic writing is the kind of style or the format that is necessary to bring about the scholarly
publications for the research journals that are to be depicted. This is a style of writing that will
bring about essays research papers and dissertations that are in regard to the writing process. The
academic writing is one of the important formulation and I would reflect upon its choices of
convention and the terms that are included in the content as well as the style of writing. There are
types of academic writing and I really depict the choice of essay writing as one of the important
formulation and in response to a person that is being forced this essay writing will bring about an
enthusiasm as well as the description that is involved into the criteria of matter (Hayashi and
et.al, 2021). I have dealt with the research paper with the help of reflection model and that

Referencing is regarded to be one of the prominent aspect while dealing with any academic
schedule for a research thesis. Referencing portrayed upon various factors and it is also a
knowledge that will have to be gratified upon various works that are already been taken forth and
evaluated (Li and et.al, 2018). Referencing plays a major role when dealing with the context of a
content that will bring about the entire phenomena of depicting the choices of a report. Every
idea that is being incorporated in the research report will have to be analysed upon various
sources and those sources will include books journal articles website and many other forms.
After various factors as well as resources like that of books that were being depicted by various
authors. Every author has portrayed the sense of a content in a precise manner and those ideas
that are being taken by the research criteria I have adopted various terminologies in order to use
the content in a different manner but the referencing will have to be precisely followed (Latta
and et.al, 2018). I have brought about referencing in a usual context where there is a format for
citations and that will have to be included for every paraphrasing. While dealing with different
contexts it is necessary to give credit to the other which will further not be delayed upon the
information that is already gathered and collected upon. The referencing part is a major necessity
and I have learnt that the sources of references will also carry a heavy weight age based on the
assignment. The reader will get to understand the ideas and more that conception regarding the
topic if and only if all the citations were properly and hands. For this I have worked upon the
sources and creating a solid argument such that the reader can get to identify the right amount of
knowledge that is in regard to the particular topic which I have excellent. This can only be based
on the citations that are being included in the report and these citations will lead the reader on to

the other contexts that is followed by the topic which is derived by me. I have properly credited
every Idea and theory in such a way that the others point of view is particularly conveyed but in
an entirely modified manner (Cao and et.al, 2018). This has originated an entirely new
perception of the assignment that is being taken care about. While dealing with reference in it is
also important format to deal with the plagiarism. Fortunately or unfortunately I have learnt that
Plagiarism is one of the important format while writing an assignment or a content that is related
to the particular topic which is being provided. While dealing with citations this Plagiarism will
be eradicated and that will bring about the entire essence of the report in an entirely new format.
References are not just meant to be placed as and when necessary but it is something that will
represent the words or the sentences that are being copied from different books or articles such
that referencing would make it more precise and understandable. There are different styles of
references in referencing system and I have learnt that the rules and standards are to be followed
in referencing such that the formal system of entire report can be maintained. Based on the type
of record the style of referencing is prioritise and the different types of referencing are APA
style, Oxford style, Harvard style, Chicago style and MLA style.
Public speaking and presentation
My knowledge on the public speaking and giving presentations to be one of the important format
where the ideology that is in the midst of bringing about a circumstance or a practice will have to
be conveyed appropriately (Choudhury and et.al, 2017). Public speaking is necessary because in
order to identify the issue and will have to address its towards the better possible minor can only
be possible when we bring about the issues into consideration. This will also identify the kind of
styles that will have to be incorporated while dealing with public speaking. I have learnt that
presentation is necessary in order to depict the audience about the choices that will bring about
the speech regarding education as well as the entertainment purpose. The visualisations that will
have to be adopted and I have electronically developed slide that will bring about the right
amount of information in order to present over a meeting. Every project that is to be dealt in
regard to the public speaking criteria will originate from the kind of supplements that will bring
about an interest towards listening. According to my knowledge public speaking is a traditional
format and this will have to be delivered over the margins of technology such that the knowledge
that is not known to many can be presented upon. There are certain formulations that are
included in public speaking and people will usually feel the differences while dealing with

speaking and writing. I personally felt that anxiety for the first time when I was deciding over a
meeting and that has brought about a kind of tension which is oriented with the struggle of
depicting my choices. Later on while inculcating this policy to be one of the regular and a routine
criteria I have learnt that public speaking is necessary in order to defeat the choices and stand
firm in the midst of more number of audience (Abdikamalov and et.al, 2021). This is rather a
dramatic approach and I have brought about all the formulation and spectacular approach in
dealing with the circumstances and mostly concerned about the outcomes that strongly reflected
upon putting my ideas in an effective manner. My ideology has entirely change while I was
sharpening the skill of public speaking and that brought about a change in the entire
circumstances.
