CONCLUSION I have been able to conclude that generate the growth that is required for being able to gather the information that is required for being able to generate the success. It has been found that I would be able to focus on the personal and professional skills to be able to gather information and understand the areas that are able to be achieved through the develop of PDP.

APPENDIX Appendix 1 – weekly reflective learning logs (weeks 1 to 12) Week 1- I have been able to understand the importance of how to develop the organizational operations which are essential for the ways in which the individual is able to gather the information and achieve the dedication as per the requirements of the personal growth. Week 2- I was able to develop my social skills that contributed to the ways in which I wanted to develop my operations as per the requirements of my careers. Week 3- I also enabled the key understanding of how the personality would be able to generate the growth that was required and essential for this work. Week 4- This experiences gave me the key insight to how I would be able to gather the focus that was required for the achievement of the success. Week 5 – this provided me the factors that were essential to achieve the growth through the management of the organization. Week 6- Key towards my growth was to be able to generate the growth that was essential and effective as per the requirements of my personal development. Week 7- Understanding of how to communicate with the other individuals is going to be very important for my success. Week 8-Development of how the I would be able to gather the required information was the key part of my success in the organization. Week 9- Management of my interaction towards the practices that are considered to be the key factor that influenced the growth in the management performance. Week 10- I needed to gain the influence of how I would need the world to gather the influence required for the achievement of better social skills. Appendix 2 – Four PDP development episodes Self-awareness-I will study the areas in which I am lacking for the development of the experiences that are able to gather the information that is able to be understood with the development of strategies which contribute towards the success of the personal development. Empathy-I would try to develop communication with other individuals which are going to help me understand the factors that are considered to be essential for be to achieve the factors which give me the growth that is required. Motivation- I would be able to develop motivation through being leader o the teach that would be the factor which is going to help in the contribution of the success. Confidence-My confidence is going to improve when I am going to be taking responsibility of the action that contribute towards the success of the individuals.
