INTRODUCTION
Organization Behavior can be defined as the systematic study and application of
knowledge like how individuals and group of people behave within company. It is essential for
the company to understand it’s employee’s attitude then it can get success in the business. This
report is a reflective report in which I will express my real-lifeexperienceandknowledge which I
achieved after class session. The main objective of the reflective report is to provide high
understanding to the people how human’s personal attitude influences them over others.
PART 1
Reflection over own perception, cognitive and behaviors and it’s on others
I was too much happy after the class session because I learnt a lot of things in the session.
In the class session I studied about organization behavior andit’s impact over others wherein I
learned that organization behavior is highly essential for the business growth because when it has
good culture that automatically influence employees towards common goal of the business. I and
my classmates were working on realistic organization’s leadership quality wherein we studied
about organizational behavior, leadership quality, difference among people based on their
perceptions etc. that time I started to picturize myself in such consequences. For example, I felt
that I was trying to influence my subordinate or classmates while working on leadership quality
assignment (Chumgand et.al., 2016). Class teacher gave an assignment over leadership quality
assessment that must access to take a realistic organization example. The assignment was allotted
in group. So, I and my team members were working in collaboration. While implementing
leadership quality over real company situation like company’s was facing low employee
motivation. In this context I was trying to influence my subordinates to retain them in the
company because I learnt that when company has best talents then it can get more success in it’s
sector. However, in that state my external behavior was normal. I was just behaving like calm
person instead of becoming panic to make situation favorable. To take overall situation in my
control, I just conduct a meeting for my subordinates and encourages them to share their point of
views, then I listened them intently to understand their behaviorregarding their job responsibility.
Honestly, I did not know what I was supposed to do. I did not take direct action over the views,

priorly I critically analyzed over the whole situation then decided to make working environment
favorable and healthyfor the staff and I knew that it is a prime responsibility of good leaders. My
sound was quite energetic while listeningsubordinates’views and many of them I appreciates. At
genuine level it was quite good experience for me because I never deal with such situation as
leader.But my internal behavior was not good because everyonewas talking about my behavior
like my leadership style is not good. At the time, my internal behavior became like that what to
do to which leads motivation in individuals. I was feeling bad for all such consequences because
I never face such situations yet which I was feeling on that period (Nawazand Khan_ PhD,
2016). I was aware about that all one was happy to work with me and they are completing their
responsibility more effectively.

Demonstrate the ideas and concepts from relevant theory that enhance level of understanding
I was bit confused about above situation that what steps should I take to deal with the
situation. I wanted to deal with the situation in productive manner. So, I decided to implement
effective leadership style and concept for resolving this situation.At that time, I was trying to
keep my subordinate in a team so that I can improve their wellbeing in the team. The most
common thing was ordering on my subordinates which I was doing but I did not know that they
feel bad whenever I ordered them for a work (Collinsand et.al., 2020). My real intention was to
make my team best and gets appreciations from senior authorities and team members for the
project. My default routine was like that priorly, I found out common needs of subordinates
which could maintain their wellbeing in the workplace. So, I conduct meeting and involved all
subordinate for sharing their views with each other and to me as well. But it did not work well
then, I decided to adapt contempory leadership to create favorable situation for the subordinate in
effective manner.When I enabled to make them feel comfortable with me and other subordinates,
then I decided to motivate them because motivation is only factor that influences individuals to
put more efforts in the workplace and retains them for long time as well. So, I practiced
democratic leadership style for understanding common needs of all subordinates through which I
could led satisfaction in them for the work. I have good communication and problem-solving
skills that are core strengths of me (Uslu, 2019). I have good analytical, decision-making, and
