Introduction
Presentation challenge refers to way of presenting the project or a deal in a conference
room in front of more than 10 employees including those who have high post in the
organization. The discussion will carry forward on the basis of communication skills and
emotional intelligence, teamwork, time management and business skills. After than analysis
of the presentation challenge from a business angle and at last the action plan in relation with
the London School of Science and Technology which helps in developing the skills for the
next three years at the university (Zhang and et. al., 2020).
Presentation Challenge
The presentation skills are such type of skills which are very effective and engage
presentation to a variety of audience. The skills are quite attractive in variety of areas such as
presentation structure, slides and its designs, tone of the voice and the body language.
According to me, expressing the views and effectively present in front of employees in a
conference room is a way more credential than anything else (Ryu, Mochizuki and Niimi,
2020). Body language must be well effective and properly communicated in an organization.
In the presentation challenges, there are some effective things which needs to be taken into
the consideration including
 Engaging of the issue so that audience will be appeared in front, as they are more
relatable with them.
 Then preparation which suggest that a clear message must be go to all the audience
who are present in the conference room
 The design of the slides and it seems out to be the effective power point slides
 Nerves that are dealing with the lack of confidence. There is a need of improving it in
front of others so that there must be a good reflection of confidence
 And at last, create and deliver a compelling call to action (Haring and et. al., 2020).
Communication skills and emotional intelligence: In the presentation challenge, it
is very important to have a good communication skill because it reflects a significant way of
creating a clear message. Communication skills and emotional intelligence includes the way
we understand others and their emotions, and our actions and behavior towards them.
Teamwork: The presentation challenge includes teamwork which suggests that
suppose if I am a leader of an organization then I have to deliver the way of goods so that it

will build a good teamwork and motivates them to achieve the success. An organization
suggests that the teamwork is important for the presentation challenge for the working in the
organization and building a team work.
Time management and meeting skills: Dealing with the time management and the
meeting skills is all about the effective and systematic approach which include in the
presentation challenge. The management of time includes procrastination, multitasking, being
remain busy, be focused, prioritizes and self- motivated are all includes in it for the best
presentation skills.
Business skills and competencies development: Thee business presentation skills
includes covey of the message in front of other employees so that it will help them in
maximizing the profit and ratios. The importance of business skills create a good first
impression towards the employees, build a good trust for the business, showing confidence,
avoiding the misinformation and be the leader and enjoying of the success are included in
good business skills and the competencies development for the effective presentation
challenge.
Analysis of the presentation challenge from business angle and knowledge gained from
about how businesses actually work
Branding: It refers to a marketing practice in which a company creates name symbol
or we can say that a company can be symbolized on the basis of branding. It can be suggested
that branding is important because overall effect of the company is based on branding. The
presentation challenge on the basis of branding is directly linked with the sales and marketing
in social media. To attract the customers and its services, there is a need to have a effectible
presentation on branding (Yoder and et. al., 2020).
Finance: It refers to a term which has a direct linked on company’s management and
investment. According to me, the finance and accounting helps the company as well as the
finance professionals to lead the business and solve the complexities arises suddenly in an
organization. The financial presentation includes data communication, a picture perfect
scenario, clear cut message of revenue and budget to the staff employees and attain decision
making process are all included in the presentation challenge.
Operations: It is one of the areas of management that concerned with the designing
and controlling the process of production and redesigning the business operations in the

production of goods and services. It includes the responsibilities of ensuring out that the
business operations are quiet efficient in term of using few resources as needed and effective
in terms of meeting the consumer requirements. The presentation challenge and operation
refers to the way of tell the company’s goals, objectives, procedures and timeline in a most
attractive way so that the employees and the team members understand the working
effectiveness.
Tuckman’s theory of teamwork: The models have been developed in 1965, and it is
widely based on building of an effective team. The framework is quiet significant because it
states that building of a team cannot be simply possible in one go. There are some situations,
effectiveness and working structure which help the organisation in team building. He also
suggests that teams can be simply grow on the basis of defining stages, from the creation to
focusing on the tasks.
The four phases in the Tuckman’s teamwork theory includes forming, storming, norming and
performing (Jones and et. al., 2019).
Forming: This is the first step in which individuals haven’t team up. It is just a finding
process where individuals take knowledge and skills in the organisation.
Storming: The second step is based on getting to know each other and it is a process which
states that how things should be done. In every team, there must be chances that an individual
can have lack of performance and focus in the task.
Norming: The team’s members come together work together and also, stay with each other.
This phase has been characterized as a growing sense of togetherness.
Performing: At last, the performance of team reflects the actual strongetivity of the
organisation. It can suggest out to be the last step and the performance deliver.
Action Plan
In relation with the London School of Science and technology, to make an effective
action plan, the goal has to be clear. Here the major goal is to have an effective presentation
challenge in an organisation. Some skills and knowledge is quiet important for an effective
presentation challenge. Action planning is the process of achieving the strategy and goals into
the action. In other words, it can be said that the action planning is based on what exactly
there is a need to want. The personnel goals and organizational goals required the same. An

effective action plan which will helps me in three straight years to achieve goals. The
following steps that helps in the action plan including
 Identifying of the task
 Analyse and the delegate task
 Double check with the schemes
 Learning from the action plan
 And then at last, managing the bigger project

According to me, the presentation skills have been majorly required communication
effectiveness because if there is no communication then there must be no appropriate
presentation which help in conveying the message to the people.

Presentation challenge is reflected out to be the best for conveying messages to others.
The discussion is divided into following parts where first part is introduction then the
presentation challenge which includes effective skills that are listed above. In addition to this
the analysis of the presentation challenge from business angle and knowledge gained from
about how businesses actually work. And at last, the action plan in context with the London
