Individual professional development plan is an effective career management tool. It assist a
individual to build up their career in a very managed way. Individual professional development plan
encourage the person towards the development of their career. Professional development plays an
essential role at any workplace. It affects the role and responsibilities of an individual. This report
will includes my work experience of work based learning and its large impacts on our personal and
professional development. This report will also highlight the individual's future career role and
essential personal and professional training required for that future career role. This also includes
the responsibility of learning at workplace through the staff manual, customers survey, study
dedicated magazines. Interviewing senior employees or staff, receive feedback from colleagues and
superior etc. this report will also state about the needs of professional and personal learning and
development for the future career role and evaluation of employee motivation plan for improving
the staff's poor communication, staff underperforming, losing potential customers and high staff
turnover. In this report, many recommendation or solution provided to resolve the defined issues at

I have a big career plan for the future. I want to become a successful CEO in a multinational
company in the coming five years. With the effective professional development plan, I can achieve

development helps the me to recognize my strength, weakness, opportunities and threats in the
external environment. It can also encourage me to face various challenges at the workplace and
take several actions to eliminate that issues or problems. These learning and development also
improve the time management skills in the person. Time management is crucial for any
organisation. For a personal and professional development and learning, I should have to follow
necessary steps such as- firstly, state the professional roles and activities in the organisation. It
includes the involvement in all departments of an organisation and all the functions in the company.
Second, I will assess the all skills and knowledge that are required to conduct personal and
professional activities in a very effective way. Third, set a goal. After this I will set a goals
according to my desire and expectation. And then after, I will create a action plan and develop my
document accordingly.
It is not always possible to conduct the activity within a fixed period of time, so that it is
most important to define activities and a specific time limit and also develop a flexibility in it. It is
also very essential that our objective or goal is clear and liked with the company's goal. I will
always participate in the professional development training programme, webinars etc. in my
professional and personal development plan, I follow many directions such as- I will acquire and
analyse the information for conducting company's operations (Camacho., 2015). I will become
familiar with the staffs, managers or workers in the company, I will always excited about the new
developments, design and innovations. Develops collaborative system in the organisation to
enhance employee performance and motivate them.

scheme, inspires workers trust, Promote collaboration in the team members, set a small goals for
