INTRODUCTION
The term reflective describe a person feelings experiences who think that produces a
mirror image and it is also someone who is often a deep thought about something in their mind
(Dumford and Miller, 2018). To understand this assessment, there is a reflection for higher
education learning in degree in business and management using Gibbs reflective model. In this
report, it covers various stages of reflective model of Gibbs to identify some skills which need to
be reflecting on higher education learner.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflective model
This model consist of reflects that people are encourage to think about their experiences
for a specific period of time. This model is developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 to give a proper
structure form their experiences their feelings and thoughts. It should include various stages such
as description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan.
Description: For higher education learner, I will improve my own learning and
experience to underline key points and examine those tips which are important for me. This will
helps to improvise my experience and identify those mistakes which I have done. To prepare
your own study notes so that it will be easy to understand and learn all these things which you
have write in paper (Hildebrand, 2018). Make a study plan helps you to clear all notes and
whatever you need and when you needs it will be easily done. It will also be helpful to take a
break of study and time management will also be maintained. For degree of foundation in
business and management to describe higher education student that would reflects my own skills
and experiences. It would be enhance my communication skills, time management and so on.
Feelings: I feel quite nervous this time as I have learned these skills for higher education
learning and develop these skills for achieving this degree. So I have also talk about my friends
about this and I was also excited and felt more positive towards my career field. Moreover, when
