INTRODUCTION
The graduate student has to go through from the major challenges in their life for achieving
set objective for their career. Regular updating of the skill is most essential for developing career
and facing major challenge that act as a hindrance in generating more opportunity for career
(Cheng, 2019). The skills may contains like communication, emotional intelligence, team work,
time management, meeting, business, competency, presentation skills as well as excel etc. The
report aims towards major challenge such as debate, presentation, T-shirt and hotel challenge etc.
that focus upon business branding or operation as well finance. It also includes that final action
plan that is essential for developing this skill in respect of three years of graduate student in order
to overcome these challenges.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
The University learning plays important role for made successful journey to enhancing
skill of student and prepare them for future learning so that they can easily compete with other
challenges. In the student career of University I have to face lost of challenge that is majorly
concern with the business plan in dealing finance, operation, as well as branding. The challenges
that I majorly cover like debate, presentation, T-shirt and hotel challenge etc. These different
types of challenge push my limit to enhance my existing and potential skill. The debate challenge
is more effective one that influence my skills as this concept of challenge revolves around clear
set of argument as per own individual that deliver more structured organised manner. This will
involve withstanding the clear rebuttal stand opposite side opponent. For appropriate and
structured debate need to update my skill and knowledge in general sense so that it will
strengthen my position while countering my side or point of view in the debate argument. After
that another challenge that is presentation skill (Clarke, 2018). The difficulty that I faced in my
student journey is presenting actual consist of material that may include such as jiggling,
fidgeting . Some time I found stiff while presenting data so that tedious presentation will cover.
