In this reflective report, I will fundamentally think about my insight to date and consider my

future advancement needs with my focus on my graduate placement as well as career with the
help of the Gibbs reflective model which will tend to help me with my own learning encounters
as well as accomplishments to date and helps in composing a reflective report which features my
improvement needs from which I will detail a Personal Development Plan. This endeavor
exhibits my duty to the requirement for proceeding with personal development so as to improve
my insight, aptitude, and skills of mind required for viable practice and will address deficiencies
in my insight and abilities and recognize any inadequacies inside my very own or others practice,
and help me adapt to rehearse related issues experienced. I have picked Gibbs reflective model as
a reason for reflection as I feel it is effectively comprehended and energizes an unmistakable
depiction of the circumstance, feelings, to evaluate the experience, and analysis of the experience
to consider an answer if the circumstance emerged once more (Black and Plowright, 2010).

Description
The Gibbs reflective model states the first question as 'What happened?''. This enables me to
provide a description of the events which occurred, and so as to add essentialness to the events I
will hand over my feelings regarding the event in the organization where I was placed. Over the
span of my situation of 15 hours at the acute ward in a mental hospital, I will be provided some
roles by my senior officials related to particular patients. Similarly, I was regularly permitted to
carry out both the group as well as coordinated sessions which will be regulated by a staff.
However, due to various requests in the acute ward condition staff are found to be regularly unfit
to carry out the groups as well as coordinated sessions including patients would be regularly be
restricted with time (Baird, 2014).
Feelings
The general population with whom I worked typically had a large number of presenting issues as
