INTRODUCTION Thinking into the character has been determined as the transformational programme that has been proven efficient enough for the students in terms of developing them from all aspects. It mainly enables students to have effective discipline and positive mind-set. The current study is based on the college named Regent College London. This is a popular institution established in UK. This institution is providing effective education facilities to students among the age of 18- 30. The major aim of the organization is concerned with providing effective resource to students so their learning can become more effective. The report will shed light over the major problems that has been faced by client. Furthermore, importance to client targeted customer, competitors and the external influence factors will be described. Moreover, top three issues of the client will be highlighted. MAIN BODY 1. Identifying the client and the problems faced by them The client is theRegent College London.This organization is the leading educational organization that is established at UK. Large number of students are studying in the institution. The major aim of organization is entitled with delivering the effective educational opportunities to students and assuring them higher career opportunities in context of developing their career. It has been found from various studies that, organization mainly recruits skilled professionals who are concerned with effective experience in field of teaching. The college has been proven effective in terms of providing consistent educational opportunities to students (Regent university London, 2022).Therefore, students have higher level of trust towards the organization. Regent College London has an effective image in market throughout the years. Currently, college have launched the new programme and that is Thinking into character for the students. The programme has been launched by college in terms of improving the personal skills of students. It is the digital programme that is entitled with the aim of developing efficient mentality of students (Eremina, 2021). However, there are certain problems that have been faced by the organization in terms of promoting the programme. The digital campaign in context of promoting the programme is creating certain issues for organization. The planning in regards to implementing appropriate strategies so large students can be attracted is lacking. Also, client is unable to find consultant that can guide in proper manner in terms of solving issue. Thus, these
problems may lead to create effect over the success of campaign and it may further lead to impact the productivity of organization. 2. Critically analysing and showing the areas of importance to the client such as target customer market, competitors and influencing factors from external environment Various areas may be managed by the college while advertising their new digital campaign to the students and increase their engagement towards the programme launched by the Regent College London.The campaign requires significant consideration from the management which is helpful for them to increase their overall productivity quality of output. The Thinking into Character (TiC) programme of the organization is effective in order to provide the students with opportunities to develop their personality and improve their growth (Holmström and et.al., 2019). This programme includes different areas which may have an influencing over the decision making process of the organization. They may have a role in the formulation of policies and procedures by the business which may have a contribution in the output achieved by the business. These different areas are as follows: Target customers This programme targets the students of coming from different backgrounds, regions, gender etc. as it is a free digital programme which is designed to improve the personal skills and habit of the students. It aims at providing this development opportunity to every student who wants to improve their skills and achieve success in the future. The students from ages 18-35 are majorly targeted by the organization as their potential customers who will gain the benefit of this programme (Garrett and Kassan, 2021). These students will be eligible to gain benefit from this programme which is designed by theRegent College London for improving the personal and professional attributes and habits of the students. The customers are effectively identified by the customers, then they are targeted with the help of personal calls and emails for increasing the awareness about the new courses. They are provided with promotional emails and posts on social media platforms which is helpful in order to improve their knowledge about the crucial features of the programme. Competitors There are several popular colleges in the UK that have a crucial market share in the industry in which the client is operation in.Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Tyndale
University and Western Seminary are the major competitors of the organization in the industry. These businesses have a wide network in the UK market and these are popular among the students gaining higher education. These competitors may have a major influence over the competitive advantage of the business in the market of UK. They may create issues for the business to remain sustainable and increase their performance. There are consistent activities and processes which are carried out by these businesses for attracting the students towards their college and improve profitability (Kirton and Warren, 2018). This area has a significant influence over the decision making process of the business as the activities of these organizations may influence the Regent College London to make effective changes in their policies and procedures. Students may be attracted by these institutions which is a matter of concern by the organization to stay sustainable in the industry. Technology The use of technology plays a vital role for the organization as the programme is designed digitally and is designed to offer to the students on their devices. TiC is an effective programme is developed with the help of certain technological tools by theRegent College London in order to provide better assistance to the customers (Santiago and Castelo, 2020). The proper use of technology is a major factor that may have an influence of the effectiveness of the college to provide students with the best experience of the programme. This area is crucial for the business to properly analyse make effective strategies for improving the quality of output achieved by the college. 3. Identifying top three issues faced by Regent College London There are different issues that are experienced by the college which may have a negative impact on the performance of the organization. These issues may reduce the ability of the business to provide better assistance to their customers and gain competitive advantage in the industry. The organization may face issues in the appropriate management of the campaign which is difficult in a competitive environment (Mohamed and Weber, 2020). The management issues may create several barriers for the organization execute their promotional campaign effectively and increase its market share in the industry. The organization may give due consideration to this area and improve their efforts towards achieving better response from the students towards the promotional campaign.

This issues may have a negative impact on the ability of the college to produce better results and improve the personal habits and skills of the students. The organization might face barriers in managing the work if they do not adopt appropriate technology (Reynolds, Cook and McCarthy, 2021). It may have a negative impact on the ability of the business to provide a better experience to the students of the programme that is developed by the college. The management may prepare better plans to source the best suitable technology for the company and increase their overall productivity to provide a greater value to the customers. CONCLUSION The above report has concluded that, TIC Programme have been proven highly effective in terms of assuring the effective opportunities to the students. This has been proven effective in increasing the engagement of students in the college. Also, the report has described that college have organized digital campaign in context of creating awareness regarding programme. The implementation of campaign is aligned with several issues that have been highlighted in the report. The major issues of the client have been examined in the report within performing the evaluation of customers, competitors and external factors that influences organization.
