INTRODUCTION
Communication can be defined as the act of transferring essential information from one
person and groups to another. Whereas, non-verbal communication refers to as conveying
information to the other person through facial expression, gestures and body positions. In the
working premises staff member use both type of communication which are, verbal and non-
verbal communication in order to convey their ideas, thought etc. to other people. The various
types of non-verbal communication are, eye contact, gestures, proximity, body language etc. The
main agenda to implement communication in an organisation is to complete the work in effective
manner. To complete the process of communication it is mandatory to involve sender, message
and a receiver. Communication can be categorise into two methods which is verbal
communication and non-verbal communication. Spoken communication includes face-to-face
interaction, television and all direct methods of communication. The state-of-the-art which is
selected for this topic relates with non-verbal communication. It includes body language,
gestures and expression for delivering the message to another persons (Adamson, 2018).
Moreover, relational communication will be defined through to understand the interaction
process with family and friends. The report is focused on understanding the effective methods
for communication. Further, it is favourable to study communication topic because it is wide in
scope. Along, with this the nature of communication is universal at both levels, professional as
well as personal.

human being while conveying their ideas and thought through expression either by eyes or face.
In this eyes plays a major pole in making understanding the message to other person. Fiscal

information between individuals and groups. The main motive to learn and execute

organisation is to reduce the time that is consumed to complete the work. It determines that
ineffective communication leads the organisation or an individual to accomplish their task in
