In most of the
places where the kids are studying playing and having appearance have been tortured with bullyingand peer pressure. There have been faced various issues like bullying from years which brought themin depression. The research projects will highlight all the main causes and its impacts on the mentalas well as physical health of kids in the current environment. There can be various issues andobstacles which have been faced by young children. The issues will be highlighted and research willanalyses the adequate solutions to such issues. Along with this, there have been ascertainment ofvarious details and information that will be gathered through conducting a survey and analysis on thekids. They have been interviewed and were asked regarding their issues and obstacles have beenfaced by them in the business operations.On the other side, parents of such kids are more concerned regarding the behaviours of theirkids or the external influences which are affecting their ethical values. To suggest the parents of suchkids there will be various solutions and the outcomes provided to them. They have been suggested tomake appropriate decisions and analysis over research issues. Moreover, several issues which areaffecting the mental and physical health of young children have been addressed and analyzed to haveappropriate administration of the all the areas where their kid is going.Background/ context of the research/ main research questions:Aim: “To identify the peer harassment and bullying impacts on mental peace of young kids”Objective:To identifying the factors which are raising the level of child abuse in schools, social placeand play grounds.To determine issues indicating unethical behaviours of young kids due to bullying.To ascertain the alternative provision and duty of schools with respect to vulnerable youngpeople.To suggest the steps to be taken by parents and schools in terms of reducing unethicalthings.Research question:How to identifying the factors which are raising the level of child abuse in schools, socialplace and play grounds?How to determine issues indicating unethical behaviours of kids due to bullying?How to ascertain the alternative provision and duty of schools with respect to vulnerableyoung people?What are the steps to be taken by parents and schools in terms of reducing unethical things?Literature review:As per the views of Holt and Gini, (2017), In the recent era there have been increment in thechild crime rate. Children at younger age have been affected due to behaviours of society towardsthem. The continuous bullying has affect ed their mental peace as well as negatively affect their self
esteem and moral in approach towards managing the operational activities. These are thepsychological factors which have affected the emotional feelings of kids. There can be ascertainmentof various factors such as reduction in confidence, creativity, talent and skills of kids. They have beenfacing depression which affects the mental as well as physical health that have invited variousdiseases. Schrooten, Scholte and Didden, (2017) argued that, parents must keep proper records oftheir kids going anywhere and doing activities. Thus, such analysis will be helpful in having properinformation regarding their accessibility. The responsibility of parents is in terms of making qualitativechanges and analysis over the unethical things happening to their kids.Newman and et.al., (2017) identified that, abusiveness, harassment and insults have beenincludes in the bullying techniques. Therefore, there are various negative impacts of such elements onthe emotions and mental health of young population. There are various things which are included in itsuch as insults, harmful hazing, personal belongings etc. at the main factors which provokes the peerpressure among kids. Along with this, there have been impacts of external individual which brings thekind into depression. Therefore, depression at the younger age causes various serious diseases. It isan invitation to the cancer, diabetes and various life-threatening disease at the younger age. Kline andLewis, (2018) ascertained that, it is not only faced by the younger people there are various adultswhich have also being affected by such unethical and unlawful elements which incurred the drasticchanges in their behaviours and health. There have been increment in the crime rates which areindicating that the life and health of people are not safe and secure.Dunn, Clark and Pearlman, (2017) sought to analyze that, there have been various kinds ofharassment to a person can feel at various location such as at schools, colleges, workplace andanywhere. It can be categories in term of damages they incurred mentally or physically to a person.Direct physical bullying represents that there are various causes such as hitting, tripping, punching,pinching, damaging the personal property etc. ate the factors which are affecting a serious physicaldamage to a person. Therefore, it will be denoted under the crime which is affecting another personas well as damaging them.
