in use for more than 15 long years. As a result the system has
become defective thereby causing problems for people
working there.

1.2 Specifications and Constraints of the
project
(a) Project Title :- Title of the project is Replacing Air

Introduction
In the tender process manager of 20 storey
building can get contract in less cost. Tender is
knows as inviting bids for a particular project.
Further it is accepted formal offer such as
takeover bid. It is basically referred to the
process in which government invites a bid for

tender competition level get higher so all the

2.1 Document evidences
20-08-2017 : First meeting was organised with the commercial
building officials to discuss the project's background. All the
team members and workers were assigned their roles and
responsibilities in the replacement of air conditioning system.
Besides the assigning of roles, scope associated with each of
the role was also discussed.
23-08-2017 : As per this, the significant activities which are
carried out in the overall project, were recorded. Each of the
activity that is scope of the project, estimation of the costs and
other procedures related to the proposals were also recorded.

2.2 Final proposal meeting the
specifications
Seeking out all the three proposals, the most suitable one is the
contractor. Since the building in which AC's have to be
replaced is commercial, so giving the contract for replacement
to other company would be quite beneficial as well. Giving a
contract would greatly assist in maintaining a legal liability
with the aid of which involved set of risks would be prevented.
For the replacement of AC in the 20 storey commercial
building, getting assistance from another company would
provide a clarity towards their mission.

3.1 Evaluate recommendation
The first proposal will be taken into consideration so that in 20
