project should be performed properly so that the entire project
for replacing the air conditioning should be carried out
successfully. Meetings will be organised and discussions will
be made with the staff members so that required data and
information should be completed in proper way. Further all the
important points of the discussions will be noted down and
they will be properly recorded so that the while carrying out
the project it can be used in effective way.

Initially the entire group will be divided into the group of 3 or 4
members and a person will be declared as a team leader.

2. Responsibilities :-
Team leader will be asked to lead the team and the person will be
made accountable for holding and organizing meetings with
the other team members. In addition to that the leader will be
directing the team and on the basis of that all the activities and
tasks of the team will be performed.

Background : There is commercial building in the western area
of Hong Kong where the air conditioning systems have been
in use for more than 15 long years. As a result the system has
become defective thereby causing problems for people
working there.
