I have read your post and found it to be beneficial as it explained the concept of
organizational culture as well as it helped in understanding the effect of these values on an
organization. Moreover, you have also included the need for the upper management to enhance
the overall growth of the business by enhancing the organizational culture. I liked the way by
which you have highlighted the role of the management to encourage the diversity practices,
which helps in driving the growth of the firm to a larger extent. There were different vital points
which were included by as the values and beliefs, the organizational culture, and the need to
manage a diverse workforce. One of the important points, as highlighted by you, was the
effective means of communication that helps in transferring exact messages to the concerned
person. I appreciate the way you have described the diversity training for the employees as it
facilitates the growth of the firm by providing greater equality, inclusion as well as the fairness
throughout the workplace. The discussion of the training makes it very useful for the managers to
improve their communication processes, which will further boost the training measures towards
the growth of the firm (Mahoney, 2019). I felt that it would have been better if you have
provided some recommendations with practical examples for the managers regarding the
management of diversity and organizational culture. Also, the discussion helps in getting the
information that effective means of communication can bring positive consequences for the
concerned firm.
