Maximising opportunities for social interaction and collaboration among different teams through inter-departmental projects, development and learning sessions, scheduling of breaks for team members at the same time etc (Shi, Li and Zhu, 2017). I observed that there was good collaboration amongteam, due to good interaction and understanding among the team members it was very easy to achieve the goals of the team such as successful recruitment or selection of the right candidate for the organisation. 7.Shared leadership –This type of leadership enables the transfer of leadership from one membertoanotherinateam.Althoughtheappointedteamleaderstillholds accountability for the team or project. Transferring of leadership helps to perform different tasks in different situations and leaders are decided as per the requirement. I was satisfy and motivated with this strategy of team of HR department. The team members were happy to work with less dominating rules or leadership and it made them feel valuable. This played an important role in improving the performance of the overall team and effective achievement of team goals. I focused on each strategy to develop high-performance in my role as a HR professional in Tesco, it helped me to manage my team as well as other human resources in the organisation. High performance management played an important role to achieve team goals and contributed in the effective functioning of the overall business operations.
