INTRODUCTIONBusiness Environment includes the different factors that have a bearing on the business like strength along with weakness, government policy, regulations etc. It usually contains the outside factors which having impact on the operations of the management. Alongwith this it helps in building the relationship among the different environment whether it is external or internal (Krasniqi, 2009). Internal includes promoters or shareholders. It helps in maintaining the brand image as well as brand equity. The present report has focused upon British Airways which is the flag carrier along with largest Airline in UK which is based on fleet size. This assignment includes the identification of the purpose of different type of organisation. Along with the explanation of responsibilities and strategy of business entity which helps in meeting the objectives which has to be discussed (Improving the Business Environment, 2017). Further, the market structure helps in determining price and output decisions of the business has to be explained.TASK 11.1Purposes of different types of organisation In the competitive market there are different businesses which assist in attempting todo different things. Along with this there are different type of people which are helpful inattaining the goals and objectives. There are three type of business organisation whichincludes:Private sector organisation – This business entity are owned as well as run by the privateindividuals. It includes sole traders, partnerships, companies and franchises which help inincreasing the market share. Along with this they can earn profit by increasing the sales of thefirm (Kleine, 2013). Public sector organisation – This business entity is owned and run by the state regulatory body for the person. Consumers pay taxes to the ministry body and the money which is paid by the consumers is used in providing the finance to the public sector firm. The staff members have to use the proper resources so that they can attain the maximum benefits (UK business environment after Brexit and Trump, 2017). Voluntary sector organisation – These groups are not owned by any individual personwhom is responsible in ensuring so that they can set the targets along with budgets so thatthey can achieve those targets by doing the qualitative work for example, charity.British Airways is a public limited company and it is regulated by the regulatory bodyof United Kingdom. 1.2 Extent to which an organisation meets the objectives of different stakeholdersBritish Airways having different stakeholders which have different objectives andneeds. Investors – It assists in providing the risk capital and also provides advices that areconcerned with risk and the return which are provided by the investments. Investors are thosepeople which need the information about the British Airways so that they can determine thatshares should buy or sell (Krasniqi, 2009). Employees – These people are interested in information about stability along with theprofitability of their employers. It helps in providing the remuneration and benefits. Lenders – They are those person which are interested in attaining the information so thatthey can determine that the loans along with the interest will be paid when due.Suppliers – They are also interested in obtaining the information as well as data so that they can determine whether amount owing to them will be paid when due (Scanning The Business Environment, 2017). Consumers – They are having an involvement in British Airways for the long term whichassists in increasing the sales f the business entity and on the basis if that they can attain themaximum profit. Government agencies – They are helpful in allocating the resources of British Airways andalso require the data so that they regulate the activities of the business entity so that they canobtain the success. 1.3 Responsibilities of an organisation and strategies employed to meet them The responsibility of British Airways is to serve the different services. Everycompany having different department has a different duty and have to provide the qualitativeservices. Company members have to do the proper operations which helps in attaining thegoals and objectives. The staff members of British Airways having to build the trust amongconsumers which assist in maintaining the brand image and on the basis of that they canattain the success in the competitive market. The employees have to deliver the best servicesto their consumers so that they can improve the sales and by that they can attain themaximum profit (Kleine, 2013). The manager of British Airways has to recruit the best personwhich has the knowledge as well as skills so that they can serve the best services to theconsumers which helps in obtaining the targets in the competitive market. The manager of thebusiness entity has to do the proper management by doing the appropriate functioning so thatthey can reap the leading position in the market. For attaining the goals and objectives theycan take the advice from experts. Along with this they have to do develop the productsaccording to the needs and wants of the customers so that they can obtain the targets. 2.1 Economic systems attempt to allocate resources effectively The staff members of British Airways have to use proper economic system. Everyeconomic system having the different process by using that economic system manager can doproper managing. Along with this they have to motivate the workers so that they can doappropriate distribution.
