countries in several locations. In the United Kingdom, majority of the Mc Donald’s operates on
franchise basis. The strategic focus and the organisational management is responsible for
positioning Mc Donald’s to compete effectively in an industry which is already competitive and
therefore attain a competitive base in the industrial environment. It also helps to enjoy a market
niche for its business.
There are customers who visit the outlets on a daily basis due to the capability of the Mc
