INTRODUCTION
For a company it is essential that they must conduct those practices and operation which
help in satisfying customers at high rate. In respect of budgeted hotel, it is essential for them to
enhance their quality of services as that will help in improving the customers satisfaction in
effective manner (Gelbrich, Hagel and Orsinghe, 2020). The hotel selected for respective report
is Smart Hyde Park Inn which is conducting their business as the budgeted hotel. The aim of
conducting this report is understand impact of enhancing service quality for improving customer
satisfaction in budgeted hotels in UK market area. This will also include several ethical
consideration related to project like scientific integrity, social responsibilities, respect for the
autonomy and many more.
MAIN BODY
Research aim
To investigate the impact of enhancing service quality for improving customer
satisfaction in budgeted hotels in UK market area. Case study of Smart Hyde Park Inn.
Research objectives
To determine different ways that could be consider by company for enhancing the level
of customer satisfaction.
To analyse the benefits that could be attain Smart Hyde Park Inn hotel by improving
services quality.
To evaluate the strategy that will be helpful in increasing services quality of business in
order to improve customer satisfaction level.
Research Methodology
Research approach – It is considered as method which is adopted by a researcher in
order to decide which types of information they required in order to conduct their
research work in effective manner (Schwartz and et.al., 2020). It is essential for
researcher to understand and select most appropriate research approach for their project.
In respect of this research researcher is selecting both quantitative and qualitative
research approach. It is so because they want to evaluate both numerical as well as non
numerical information related to topic.
