Individual reflection
The most significant contribution was that I have been able to provide moral support to all the
team members. This is because of the fact that the team members were from different culture and
social backgrounds. It is because of this reason that there were several issues that were actually
being faced by the people. I made sure that I gather the courage and try to face the supervisors
and also act as a bridge in order to solve the doubts and the queries of the team members. I have
been able to asses myself with the communication skills. I found this skill to be apt for me I
found it very apt with because I have always been very helpful in making others understand their
work and also in finishing your own work at the right point of time. There have been several
important and significant outcomes. This is because of the fact that I have been able to make sure
that none of the members are suffering in silence. All the team members must be able to talk in
open manure so that they are able to give in their opinion and the views in almost all the different
business decisions that are taking place. The output was that I was well appreciated by all the
team members and also by the supervisors. They realized that I have always stayed with them
and enabled them to be self confident. Our team was able to perform in a proper way and then
they were also able to get rid of all the different issues like hesitations, lack of confidence and
others.
I have greatly been helped due to the peer feedback. This is because of the fact that I have
always been able to make sure that peer to peer learning is taking place and it is also benefitting
all the members. This is very useful because this helps in making the entire learning process
much better organized. People are able to understand that there are some or the other issues in
everyone and that no one is perfect. It is through peer to peer learning that all the people have to
embrace their differences and then be able to get rid of their individual differences can be able to
work properly. I feel that this was really good as there were exchange of many new ideas and
opinions. This was very useful because all the team members could enrich their own skill and
knowledge and also be able to use the same in their day to day work.
In future I will always arrange for the cross cultural training sessions so that all the employees
are able to work together and get rid of their differences. In order to develop a good problem
solving skill I will work over my decisions making powers and make sure that I am not wasting
