INTRODUCTIONIn today's world, it is very important to be conscious about health and its related issues.Also, in modern era, there are some victims of domestic violence and other issues who need toreside and take help from the health care centre. This present report has been prepared in theaspect of charity namely MIND charity organization , which is a health care charity based in UK.It aim to provide health services to its patients who are mental patients and victims of depression.Also, PESTLE analysis of the cited organization has been done in respect of expansion of itsoperations. Many people are becoming victims of depression and mental pressure (Arnold andBoggs, 2015). In this report various aims and objective along with the mission of It can also beanalysed that organizational structure of MIND is not so complex. Also, the organization hasbeen thinking to expand its operations to render its services to victims of violence. TASKSPART A 1. Corporate governance its mission,vision and stakeholders of MIND Corporate governance : It is a kind of system which involve variousrules,processes,direction and control. It helps to manage the management ,stakeholders itscustomers in relation with the MIND. It mobilizes the role and responsibility of the mindsorganisation towards its services governed to the mental heath of the people. The strategy of theorganisation is to provide assistance to the disable people with proper leadership and reporting toits stakeholders.MIND organisation deals in the mental issues of the people because its aim it to serve them withthe best services that are available with them because it is a kind problem which will happens toanyone old and rich , child or youngster, your friends and the associate of the organisations.After the second world war top 3 national association has joins together to form the MIND(Berkman, Davis and McCormack, 2010). So to help them so many more association and theNGOs(non government organisation) are joining to support to the mind .MissionThey are very focussed on their mission which shows there commitment that to proposaland support to anyone having mental and health issues. with the help of valuable training facilityis being provided by the experience professional (Boxall and et.al, 2012).
