The chosen organization is thecharity organization and provide free helpline to the elderly individuals through providing themproper information as well as advice so that they can improve their well-being. Furthermore, thereport will also focus on assessing the corporate governance, mission, vision of the charity firmin accomplishing the effective and efficient delivery of the service. In addition to this, report willalso conduct an environmental analysis that is PESTLE so that they can easily analyse theexternal environment and measures the viability of expanding their services. Furthermore, therecommendations has been also provided to the organization for managing their expansion ofservices in the healthcare sector. TASKS PART-A1. The corporate governance, mission, vision and stakeholders of The Silver LineCorporate Governance in the charity organization refers to the different procedures aswell as systems that manages the activities of the establishment. Along with this it also ensureeffectiveness and accountability of The Silver Line (Drummond and et.al., 2015).
