Question 1:Scope and objectives
The accounting package for networking system will be justified on the basis of alignment
between objectives and cost structure. However, future requirement related to timely change in
accounting policies and profitability ratio will be considered. Furthermore, the project scope is
higher as company will be able to have control over cost and other related aspects. In addition to
this, other consideration like customer attraction, profitability and competitive edge of the
business must be considered. Moreover, other factors like cost structure and appropriate
accounting policies can be considered.
Question 2: Organizational standards
There are three areas to set the organizational standard such as computer network, dress
code and email communication.
Question 3: Identifying listening techniques
The following listening techniques should be considered by employees of the firm along
with management-
 Defer judgment
 Ensure to respond appropriately
 Give attention (Top Ten Listening Techniques, 2017)
 Provide the feedback to management or colleague
Question 4: Choosing an appropriate data gathering techniques
The interview method with employees of every department is considered as the most
appropriate under which sample size will be selected to approach respondents. This provides
detail information related to health and safety at workplace and accordingly training material can
be prepared.
Question 5: Gathering client information
The client information will be gathered by using job description of Senior Product
manager and System and Network Engineer.
PART B
Introduction

Copy right is the most important aspect applied by government of nation to protect the
people or companies for their ideas and specification. The regulations associated with copyright
must be followed to ensure the ethical conduct of business. In the given case licence cannot be
given to 20 years as it was purchased for single user only.
Intellectual property
The intellectual property right is applied on intangible assets on which monopoly is
created by owner. It consists of patents, trademarks and copyright as well as industrial design
rights.
Copyright
Copyright is assigned to creator of software of other related aspect for securing their right
and prohibiting others to copy the same (Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin, 2013).
Ethical issues
Ethical issues are associated with intellectual property right when somebody break the
regulations and copy the intellectual property of an organization or its creator.
Conclusion
According to the report is can be concluded that licence should be granted to all users on the
basis of certain fee structure. It aids to ensure ethical conduct of business with increased rate of
return. It can be critically evaluated that initially it would incur higher cost but later ethical
conduct of business will be considered (Burkart, 2015).

Question 1:Information research
There are several privacy issues associated with finger print system under which distrust
of biometric identifiers is associated which affect human dignity to a great extent. However,
there might be an issue to address such as kind of privacy issue in case finger-printing system is
implemented.
Question 2: Ethical, privacy and copyright issues
According to the given scenario it is not ethical to get licence for 5 users for 10 computer.
It is because one liecence is generally provided for one computer only. Owing to this, company

cannot conduct its operation in unethical manner which might affect its reputation in the market
to a great extent. Owing to this, it is important to focus upon different kind of issues which affect
organizational performance to a great extent. Apart from this, copyright is provided for single
software through which it is illegal to stretch the same to two (What is Intellectual Property,
2017).
In case firm operate 10 computer by using 5 user licence then it might be punished by
government when it will be revealed. Owing to this, such kind of practices should be
implemented in the firm to secure its goodwill for longer time span.
Question 3: Ethics code
The checklist for code of ethics consists of following aspects-
 Keep the information confidential
 Ensure to follow the dress code decided by the firm
 Giving respect to privacy and confidentiality (Williams, 2013) Follow the regulation related to trademark, copyright and others
Confidentiality and client information
 In case of off-site of company premises it is important to safeguard all the documents and
files of clients Unauthorized person should be not be provided password and other log in details
Grievance procedure for staff
The grievance procedure of the business will be completed in several steps such as
making complaint and taking first step related to complaint procedure along with proceed to new
step in case outcome has not been arrived. Apart from this, outcome is determined along with
response writing.
