Answer:
Followed by the objective to establish an effective leadership management in the
workplace it is highly essential to include all the employ present in the workplace in case of
making any sort of organizational decisions as well as while deciding the duties and goals of
the organization. Hence, according to the democratic leadership style in the organizational
environment a team leader must engage all of its team members into the discussion related to
the organizational activities as well as in any sort of decision making process the team leader
must include all of the employ of the organization.
After analysing the incorporation of the selected leadership styles it has been observed
that due to the incorporation of this leadership style an organization accounts a significant job
satisfaction from the employ as in the decision making process of there is a significant
influence of all of the employ present in the organization.
Question 2: Discuss how you could develop outcomes, outputs and KPIs with your team.
Answer:
With the purpose to develop enhanced team outcomes, team performance outputs as
well as the key performance indicators with an effective team present in an organization,
there is a significant necessity to be very specific about the organizational objectives to the
team members which will help the team members to get a detail idea about the target of the
team followed by which the team member can prepare themselves accordingly. Along with
sharing the aim of the organization with the team members it is also essential to keep the

regular update from the team members which will help the team leader to keep their employ
on a single track. Apart from keeping daily updates weekly and monthly work review is also
very important to get a detail idea about the performance done by the team members which
holds a significant impact on the enhancing the KPIs, outcomes as well as the output of an
effective team.
Question 3: Explain how you can support team members in relation to performance
outcomes.
As a team member or a team leader, there is a huge necessity to encourage as well as
help a team member with the purpose to enhance the performance of that employ which holds
a significant impact on the performance of the team as well. Followed by the aspect to
support a team member it is very important to analyse or identify the strength and skills of the
team member, followed by that identified skill and capability a team leader must assign
project according to the mentioned findings. Along with the above mentioned activities, the
performance of an employ can be enhanced by helping that team member in case of any
problem occurs as it is always a responsibility of a team member to help their team members
out. Along with this the organization must conduct effective skill improvement trainings in
order to enhance the knowledge of the team member which holds a significant impact on the
performance of the team member and the team as well.

enhance the performance of the team and the organization, it has been noticed that there are
several effective leadership skills which needs to be applied as well as there are several other

performance of the team and the organization as well.
Considering the above mentioned aspects it has been noticed that while making any
discussion for adopting any sort of action for the organization, it is highly essential to engage
all most every employ or the team members into the discussion as it will help the leaders to
get opinions from all prospective which holds a significant impact on the effectiveness of the
decisions or the plans that has been made by the organization. Along with it the organization
must organize the teams by considering the skills and weakness of each team members which
will help the leader to make effective decision while performing operations within the
organization to make decision and plan.

assist your team undertaking their roles and responsibilities.
Answer:
With the purpose to enhance the performance of the team, there is a huge necessity of
to implement effective policies into the workplace in order to make sure that every employ is
providing their best effort and full fills all of their responsibilities which holds a significant
impact on the team performance.
Followed by the aspect to implement policies into the workplace, initially it is
essential to identify the area where the incorporation of such policy as well as determine
which policy is essential to incorporate. After determining the policy identify the person or
group who will take responsibility to implement the determined policy. Followed by this
