REPORT ON RISKS
Introduction
The report is prepared for MacVille Pty Ltd for analysing the risk associated with
opening new outlets for the business within existing structure of the business. For the analysis
of the risk the external and the internal environment factors are analysed and reviewed for
analysing the critical success factor for the development of the project.
Purpose and key elements
The key elements identified for the project are listed below:
Development of a risk review report
To record the emails and communication between the stakeholders
The safety fields should be analysed for the recognition of the consequences and
negative impact
Focus should be given on the prevention and mitigation of the risk such that the
project can be completed successfully
Scope of risk assessment
As a manager continuous effort should be given on the risk management and new
process should be developed for implementation of strategy and address the problems in the
project. The risk assessment should be used for reducing the volatility and focus should be
given on the non-essential areas in the current business process. The risk should be identified
in the preliminary stage of the project by analysing the legal, social, cultural and political
environment.
Critical Success factor
Both the threat and the opportunity for the project should be identified and controlling
or mitigating the risk associated with the development of the project. The effectiveness of the
