INTRODUCTION
Small and medium sized business has certain of limits in which it operates it business. Small
enterprise compete with large companies but can't able to because of the wide margin and employment
of more people. These types of business are helpful in the creativity and innovation which assist in the
economic sectors. A bed and breakfast (B&B) is also comes under the small business which provides
overnight accommodation and inclusive breakfast (Ackermann, 2012). These business are private
homes or families which offers the accommodation to their customers between 4 and 11 rooms. These
are usually compared as the low budget option with the the hotels which are existing in the United
kingdom. For conducting the present research, The teeth has been chosen. In this report, it comprises of
summary of the hotel, assessment of the business objectives and plans of the B&B hotel. Its action
plan, forecast changes will be monitored and evaluated. Furthermore, the impact and improvements for
performing well in the market place are explained.

mattresses and soft duvets that provides their customers maximum comfort and good night sleep to
them. The other facilities which hotel offers in each room are TV, tea and coffee making facilities, free
Wi-Fi connection etc. The breakfast is also served according to the needs and requirements of the
customers. If the customers wants less calorie then the hotel provider will ensure that the foods should
be provided accordingly.
The other pros of the hotel is offering guest sitting area which is the place for the people to
relax and assist in exploring the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is also providing packaging and
home delivery facilities which is attracting large number of customers. The disadvantages of the hotel
which are not attracting many of the customers are their impressive location (Root, 2016). This is
because there is no nearby pubs, restaurants, tea rooms etc. There are no taxi services which is one of
the weakness of the hotel. The unskilled staff and ineffective management style is not attracting large
