INTRODUCTIONSmall and medium sized business has certain of limits in which it operates it business. Smallenterprise compete with large companies but can't able to because of the wide margin and employmentof more people. These types of business are helpful in the creativity and innovation which assist in theeconomic sectors. A bed and breakfast (B&B) is also comes under the small business which providesovernight accommodation and inclusive breakfast (Ackermann, 2012). These business are privatehomes or families which offers the accommodation to their customers between 4 and 11 rooms. Theseare usually compared as the low budget option with the the hotels which are existing in the Unitedkingdom. For conducting the present research, The teeth has been chosen. In this report, it comprises ofsummary of the hotel, assessment of the business objectives and plans of the B&B hotel. Its actionplan, forecast changes will be monitored and evaluated. Furthermore, the impact and improvements forperforming well in the market place are explained. TASK 2h. Introduction about The TeethThe Teeth is one of the fashionable bed and breakfast hotel which is located in the England. Theorganization providing everything to their customers. The company offers all luxury facilities with thecomfortable surroundings through which many of the customers gets satisfied. The teeth targeted manyof the middle class people who can easily afford this type of reasonable hotel. The B&B hotel hassome strengths and weakness which is giving the overall marketing audit of the company. All thecustomers of the hotel are welcomed by the warm greetings and wishes. The hotel also providesbirthdays greetings to the customers which birthdays fall on that day on which they residing in thehotel (Forsman, 2011). The accommodation facilities which The Teeth offers are high qualitymattresses and soft duvets that provides their customers maximum comfort and good night sleep tothem. The other facilities which hotel offers in each room are TV, tea and coffee making facilities, freeWi-Fi connection etc. The breakfast is also served according to the needs and requirements of thecustomers. If the customers wants less calorie then the hotel provider will ensure that the foods shouldbe provided accordingly.The other pros of the hotel is offering guest sitting area which is the place for the people torelax and assist in exploring the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is also providing packaging andhome delivery facilities which is attracting large number of customers. The disadvantages of the hotelwhich are not attracting many of the customers are their impressive location (Root, 2016). This isbecause there is no nearby pubs, restaurants, tea rooms etc. There are no taxi services which is one ofthe weakness of the hotel. The unskilled staff and ineffective management style is not attracting large3

number of target market. This is happening because of the indiscipline and lack of control. The otherdemerits can be absence of online booking facility. The competitor of the hotel is The hut. i. Assessment of objectives and plansObjectives are the goals or mission which are set to run and maintain the business smoothly inshort and long run both. The Teeth is B&B hotel which is a small business but do have objectives fortheir long run. Some of the objectives are shown below:Profitability: It is the top most objective for The Teeth hotel to survive till the long run. Mainaim of setting this objectives is that earn the maximum revenues out of the cost incur inbusiness (Burns, 2010). This hotel's mission is to earn a set ratio of profit margin from cost ofmaintaining hotel staff and infrastructure. Productivity: Second most important objective is to maintain productivity of hotel. The Teethcan sustain its productive by providing training to their staff, purchasing and maintaining hotel'srequirements and other services like taxi services, effective management etc.Assessment of the changes which can be implemented to improvise the objectives of The Teethhotel. Their are some necessary changes which are to be brought to improve the performance andexpansion of hotel in the long run.
