REPORT OVERVIEW
This report going to discuss implementation plan, tools and techniques for monitoring and
control process, project performance evaluation and project closure groups of project
management in a detailed manner in context to the Renovation project of Royale Pizza.
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Conditions required for successful project implementation
The support of shop owner/senior management has required for successful project
implementation.
Proper implementation planning
Judicious equipment procurement
Timely availability of funds
Effective project evaluation and monitoring should be performed by the Project Manager
throughout the project life cycle.
The project team members should be skilled and capable to complete shop renovation within
the estimated budget and time otherwise; the contractor will have to pay AU$300 to the shop
owner as a daily penalty.
The safety inspection would be performed every fortnight and it will take at least four hours.
So, the inspection time and cost should be included in the implementation plan.
The project should be completed in 4 months with AU$ 14,000 budgets.

Management structure will be preferred in which the project manager has a high level of authority to
control and manage project resources.
Management Style and culture
Autocratic management style and culture have been used for this renovation project because tasks
and objectives are set and the project team is expected to do exactly as needed. In this type of
management style, all project team members will be dependent on the supervision of Project
Manager. The benefit of this style is that it will allow the Project Manager to maintain organizational
consistency. The main drawback of this approach is that the success of the project depends on the
efficiency of a leader (Project Manager). Moreover, if the Project Manager will make the wrong
decisions, then it might result in satisfaction among project team members1.
