INTRODUCTIONIn the present era, to become an efficient person in the organization it is important todevelop with there skills on the regular basis. This means that the individual must attainknowledge, skills and experience to grow in the market and perform to a greater extent.Moreover, they must attain certain employability skills to perform with the task in an efficientmanner. Employability skills are those skills which are transferable and which are required bythe people so that they perform effectively in the organization (Danaher and Rossiter, 2011). Itis those proficiencies which are very important for being and getting successful at the workplace. These are non-technical skills which are very important for employees to performeffectively. Further, in this report the evaluation of the solutions and strategies are beendetermined to overcome the lacking skills of the person.
