INTRODUCTION
Report plan refers to describe what is to be done, how is to be done to complete the
project on time and effective manner. Personal development planning refers to the activity that
creates an action plan which considers reflection, goal setting, planning for developing the
individual personality. It helps in reflecting the productive results that enhance the career
development, relationship, education so that higher gain can be seen by the company in future
perspective. This report involves role of personal and professional development that helps in
fulfilling short term and long term goals with proper planning related to personal development. It
also explains the reliability, purpose and author for evaluating the sources that helps in
developing plan(Wu, Xu and Zhang, 2018).

Concept of personal and professional development
This term defines as a process through which the business enterprise and an individual
person engage within the activity of learning to fulfil then challenges and specific goals in a set
time frame(Peltier and et. al., 2020).
Discuss value of short term goals
The main value of the short term goals is to deduct the extra time that is included in
completing the task for gaining success. It is an activity that is processed to get the clear result in
short time. It helps in encouraging the employees to work effectively so that long term goals are
also attained on specified period of time. For instance- Practicing daily standards, ritual for
saving the future and attaining objectives, enhancing the growth of good habit that helps in
attaining future goals with short period of time. At last maintaining the daily basis projects.
Describe value of long term goals
It refers to that value which is used to develop the intention for attaining long term
objectives with clarity. In this appropriate result can attain on daily basis so that sustainability
can be achieved. For example- Become a experienced person in specific field and subject, end of
some particular course or degree(Baykara, 2018).
