INTRODUCTION
In this expanded world the hospitality is the fastest growing industry. It includes the range of
services such as lodging, accommodation, food, event planning entertainment and many and
other ways. With this view the industry has found their expansion in various categories with its
influential impacts . It connected to the travel and tourism sector in the considerable manner due
to range of coinciding factors and points in it. There are various components which are related
with each other in the larger manner. Present report is created to elucidate different elements in
which hospitality ,travel and tourism sector are related with each other. It focuses light on the
role of hospitality industry in the travel and tourism sector and get impact of integration within
the hospitality industry. The main aim of this is to prepare a plan for the development of the
hospitality organisation. The main research is created in the context of the leading tour operator,
TUI groups has provides the services in various parts of the world and facilitates them with
memorable and comfortable tours.

huge spectrum of services that are accommodation transportation, cruise line, event planning,
lodging and other related. In this service it has become the inextricable part of travel and tourism
sector. The both sectors are interacted with each other in many categories.
Holidays packages
In this growing time the travel and tourism sectors has moved from the informal tours to
the more systematic and planned way of planning trips and tours of people. They give more
comfortable and memorable visit to the people by providing them such a comprehensive
packages including all the services. These inclusive packages provide all the necessities such as
range of option of accommodation along with food facilities . The collaboration of the tour
operators with hotels and resorts with number of price options and product alternatives such as

the organisation(Ingram and et.al 2013). In the same way the merger is very important to solve
there problem and increase the profit and revenue for future period. On the same way we can
