Since, they deliver high quality products in more than 52 locations, they strongly require a supply chain management that helps in delivering their products to their clients. The aim of expansion can only be fulfilled by the integration of an effective supply chain management in the organization. The supply chain management has a strong and close link to the business objectives of the organization [ CITATION LiS06 \l 1033 ]. The SCM is such a tool that helps in achieving the corporate strategic goals of any organization. The supply chain management helps in achieving the organizational objectives by molding the activities according to the needs and goals of the organization.
