The purpose of this report is to analyze the green Logistics initiatives undertaken by Toyota
Australia and analyzing them in consultation with the Senior Logistics Executive of the
company. The current green logistics and supply chain management practices adopted by
Toyota Australia are assessed in the paper and some changes are proposed in the form of
recommendations for further improving these practices of the company.
Methodology
This paper follows a desk research methodology by making use of secondary data for
carrying out an extensive literature review on the green practices of Toyota Australia and
other automobile organizations to carry out a comparative analysis. The desk research is the
standalone research technique used for this study that gathers the information that it has been
collected through primary research by the other studies.

It is concluded that Toyota Australia is taking all measures for developing and adopting green
