INTRODUCTION
In this report there is discussion about my job which I am going to do after my graduation
for employment and to learn many skills. In future I want to create my own business in auto
mobile industry in which there is need to learn many skills that can help me in future. Here, I
want to be the manager of any of the auto mobile company to learn. There is high need to learn
and gain different knowledge and skills which should be there to help in future. I need to learn
many of the skills that I have learned and need to learn many of the things which are there can
have better knowledge. Main of this report is to understand the importance of knowledge and
different skills which are there can help in the employability and in the future business. In this
report, it is going to discuss about the analysis and application of research which is regarding the
skill and knowledge and their evaluation which is there after the information (Ravi and Shankar,
2017).

General trends that is able to impact the chosen profession
Cars are very general in this time. Each and every one like to have car and are having
many cars in their house. Cars are the one which is able to help in to show off about the status of
them. In this, there are many of the trends which includes different which are there able to
impact on the future. There are some of the skills which are there mentioned like commercial
awareness, communication skills, creativity, analytical skills, good attention to detail, problem
solving skills etc. These are some of the skills which are there can have the better use in the
future during and after the graduation. There are also globalisation and technology which are
having high impact on the organisation where person need to learn and to be prepare for such
type of factors which can able to impact the industry (Delen and Zolbanin, 2018).
Primary research- in this 15 people are taken for the primary research where there are different
questions are asked to collect the information.
Globalisation- Auto mobile industry are developing each day. There are many of
company who are there in the market and are developing each and everyday. Many brands like
Ducati, BMW are there expanded their business in many different countries. There are different
tends where people like to have different look which should have high attractiveness quality are

there required by everyone in this changing and stylish time. Due to globalisation there are many
of the company who get popular due to getting global. This is the one which is there due to
having the brand name global. More power engine and different specification is there have the
high power to attract the customer to buy their products. There are many of the trends like to
have different cars in collection and having artificial intelligence, electrification etc. are the latest
trend which are there impact the auto mobile industry highly in the market. In research it has
found that there are many people who are there like to use the global product due to they are the
one who are there highly trustable along with different specification in their products.
Impact on the profession- Company like to hire such professional who are having the
creativity, ability to deal with difficulties and better in decision making etc. that can help the
business to grow better along with market trends which area there able to impact the industry.
There is high need for the knowledge about the new trends and different skills which are there ca
help to improve the business (Gandhi, 2017).
Technology- Technology has the high impact on the auto-mobile industry in which there
are many of the modification and changes are there which are able to attract large customer base
for the sales of cars. There is high impact of technology on the latest trend in cars and auto
mobile industry. There is high use of different latest technology like artificial intelligence, self-
indicators, electrification etc. are some of the technology based specification are there in the auto
mobile industry. In secondary research it has found that people like to have the latest technology
used auto-mobile products which are there able to provide better specification and also such type
of latest tech auto-mobile are high in demand.
Knowledge, skills and experience
There is high need of different knowledge, skills and experience in the auto-mobile
industry where there is high competition in the market. There are some of the skills which are
there needed for the auto-mobile industry which can have better impact and is highly required for
the future business or as having the employment in this industry.
Communication skills- Manager should have the high communication skill which needs
to deal with customer and to make clear about the statement which is there needed. This is the
one which can have the impact on the business of auto-mobile in relation to provide better
service and bale to provide instruction in such a manner that there should not any extra effort to
do any task (Koti, 2018).

Problem solving skills- This is the one which should be there for the better understand of
the situation which comes during providing or doing business in auto-mobile industry. This is the
one which is able to help the industry to overcome from difficult situation which can have
negative impact on the business. These are the one which is highly needed in any of the industry
as having the post of manger. There are different issues which can come any time and as the
manager there is need to deal with that issue with as soon as possible. In relation to this, there is
need to have better knowledge about the problem cause and also posses the ability to solve the
problem easily.
Creativity- This is one of the highly required skill by the manager of the auto-mobile
industry in which there is need to use their talent in relation to provide better service to the
company. This is the one which should be there in relation to install and give some idea about
how to use the latest technology and specification. So that, it can be used in product that can able
to attract large customer base (Ten Hoeve and et. al., 2018).
Having good attention to details- This is the one which is able to find out the problem
and the opportunity to show some skill in which there is use of different product can be placed
in what type of position where there it can help to get all the knowledge about the each and every
details. Having good attention to detail help the business to learn and find out the problem that
can help to develop different better skills.
Analytical skills- This is the one which is there able to analyse the situation and different
opportunities which are there able to find out the problems and solve the issues accordingly
which is there in workflow, productivity and operation of business. This skills is very important
because it is helpful in finding out the problem based on the statistics which is there said to be
observations (Létourneau, 2021).
Evaluation
To be a manger in the auto-mobile industry is my interest which is due to having interest
in creating my own business in this industry. In relation to this, I need to learn many of the
function which are there operation in the auto-mobile industry that can help me out to understand
all the information and function which should be there in the auto-mobile industry in relation to
run the business in better and effective manner. This is relation with my interest of job due to
having the manager post I will be able to run and mange the business which is there able to help
me to learn different skills which should be there for the better operation. Manager post is able to

give the opportunity to learn and know each and every step of the company which should be
followed by an effective auto-mobile company. This is one of the emerging industry in which
due to technology there are many of the company are there which needs to improve in their
company. This can highly help me out to understand and gain the knowledge about this industry
and this learning and understanding is going is going to help my business in future (Cook and et.
al., 2018).
CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it can be concluded that there are different skills and trends
which are there in the auto-mobile industry in which there is high requirement to learn and
understanding the knowledge, skills that can help to learn and help the business. In this, report
there is discussion about the knowledge and skills which should be there for the future business
or employability. There is also evaluation of skills and trends which is able to help to understand
the required skills that is highly need to have for the future business. This is the one which is
there used for the future aspect in relation to provide skill and knowledge about each and every
information of different functions of auto-mobile industry.
