1.1 Explaining the benefits of the stakeholders in the planning of tourism
In order to build proper planning of the business process, there is the vital role of the
stakeholders of an organisation. The stakeholders of the business organisations help the company
to select the proper process and to build proper methods of planning (Sarkki et al. 2016). Both
the external and internal stakeholders of the organisation provide positive impact upon the
planning of the tourism service. The external and internal stakeholders, like touristss,
government, customers, shareholders, community, owners and trade unions provide the
maximum effects on the business process of the tourism organisations.
Internal stakeholders-
Touristss
Touristss are the most important part of the organisations and touristss play the vital role in the
planning of the tourism of Philippines. With the help of the proper skills of the touristss, the
tourism organisation of Philippines can improve their planning process and can provide proper
quality service to their customers. Based on the proper performances and participation in the
planning and with the new ideas of the touristss of the organisations the tourism companies can
develop their planning process.
Shareholders
By building proper financial support of the tourism companies, the shareholders can improve the
business range. The shareholders of the companies of Philippines participate in the planning of
the projects and provide proper commercial support as per the requirements of the projects.
Owners
In the planning of the service process, there are the main roles of the owners of the complaint.
All the work of the company can proceed with the proper help of the owners. All the
requirements of the companies are can fulfil by the owners of the organisations. Owners can take
the advantages of economic benefits. The owners could collect the maximum benefits from the
sustainable tourism.
Trade unions
Trade unions play the vital role in the proper planning of the service. The trade unions provide
positive impacts on the planning of the tourism services of Philippines. In order to conduct then

Government
By providing proper supports to the business of the tourism companies, the government of
Philippines can provide proper help the tourism sector (van der Zee & Vanneste, 2015). By
creating perfect situations for the tourism business organisations to conduct their business the
Philippines government provide proper support to the tourism companies. The government can
be affected for the sustainable tourism. The economic growth of the government could be extra
and the tourism can also help to grow the country from the all perspectives.
Customers
The proper requirements of the customers provide positive vibes to the tourism companies to
build proper packages of tourism and are to build proper service quality (Samonte et al. 2016).
As the customers are the base of the business of tourism service of Philippines, so by satisfying
the customers and by collecting proper information about the requirement of the case miners the
tourism companies of Philippines can build the proper planning of the business. Local
communities
The local communities also help the business organisations of Philippines to build the proper
planning of the tourism sectors. With the proper help and contributions of the communities, the

effective and efficient. Good relationship between the private and the public sectors can be
extremely essential for developing the tourism. Both the sectors help to make the problem of the
employees resolve and the performance can be improved. To make the finance more effective
both the private and the public sectors can be helpful.

are useful because the performances of the tourists can measure by the organisations. With the

In order to complete the project, the companies need high capital (Mason, 2015).The interests of
the capitals are very high, so the business organisations fail to conduct the service properly. In
provides the negative impact overall service process of the organisation.
Insecurity
In the planning of the public or private sectors, there is the insecurity of the proper service
process.
Competition
In the public sectors, there is competition between the companies of tourism sectors. The other
companies always try to reduce the business of the other companies.
Substitution
Substitution can be other disadvantages of public and private sectors tourism management.
Bad weather-
Bad weather can help to make the tourism industries less effective and make less profitable.
