Introduction
The report composing for “My Health Record” utilizes the cloud computing features for security
reasons and uses their environments for support and SDLC cycle for software development. This
system fulfills the needs of clients and will provide a fully functional system which helps the humans
by providing medical report through a digital medium as this time is for the digital world. The report
is prepared by fulfilling all the requirements and functionalities of various applications as a cloud-
based system and SDLC lifecycle mainly for “My Health Record” project.

Vendor Solution
The solution provided by vendor for installation of model by fulfilling the requirements of customer
to handle the project needs which consist of estimation for customer’ needs and analysis the current
infrastructure of customer, stipulates the manufactured hardware and software for accomplishing goal
of this project which is a aim and to composed and produced at customer side. The current support
and VAR services are involved with the solution of this project.
In this report, above points will help to accomplish the needs of the customer for “My Health Record”
on the basis of the vendor (Weber, C.A & J.R., 1993).
Software developer Vendor:
There are some features of the Software developer as follows:
