METHODOLOGY Research philosophy :In research, two types of philosophies are generally used which are the interpretivist research philosophy or the positivist research philosophy. These two are mostly used in conducting the research but when these two does not fit the requirement and needs of research, thenpragmatist research philosophy is used. The positivismresearchphilosophybasedonexperiencewhichisavalidsourceof knowledge. This philosophy provides the assumptions which can be perceived as the variations in the action of people or the relationship among the individuals.
Research approach: There are two approaches which are used in a research which are inductive and deductive approach.
