The company is committed to success and excellence in the energy sector via motivation kitty awarded to best performing departments and workforces. This company has occupational safety and health initiative that has been intended to address the employee’s performance. But, from the statutory safety and health audit report shows that work-related illness, accidents, and injuries have gained between technical employees. There are challenges in terms of executing the occupational health and safety initiatives(Jinnett, et. al., 2017). Increasing health care cost is led to conflict among requirement of the company to push for gained efficiency and output and the requirement of workforces to be protected from accidents and hazards in the working place. There are different studies have conducted on occupational safety and health practices, approaches and compliance regarding productivity and performance of the company and their findings have developed that occupational health and safety improve the organizational performance(Flammer, and Luo, 2017).
